政府智库成果的社会化传播问题研究

摘要: [目的/意义]智库的社会化传播能力与国家软实力息息相关，是构建世界话语体系的重要组成部分。作为中国智库体系最为重要的组成部分，政府智库除了为党委和政府提供决策支持外，还应将调查研究、分析问题、解决问题过程中所产生的知识精华向社会传播，让人民共同分享实践探索中的新思想、新观点、新知识，增进公众对党和政府决策的理解，增强社会凝聚力。[方法/过程]本文对政府智库成果社会化传播现状与问题进行了分析研究。[结果/结论]论文在借鉴国内外智库实践经验的基础之上，提出了若干政府智库成果传播的对策建议，认为政府智库应体现作为党和人民思想高地的社会责任。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The social communication capability of think tanks is closely related to the country's soft power, and is an important part of building a world discourse system. As the most important part of China's think tank system, government think tanks should not only provide decision support for the party committee and the government, but also disseminate the essence of knowledge generated in the process of investigation, analysis, and problem solving to the society, so that people can share practical explorations. New ideas, new viewpoints, and new knowledge in China, improve the public's understanding of the party and government's decision-making, and enhance social cohesion. [Method/process] This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of social dissemination of government think tank achievements. [Result/Conclusion] Based on the practical experience of domestic and foreign think tanks, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the dissemination of the achievements of government think tanks, and believes that government think tanks should reflect the social responsibility of the party and the people's ideological highland.
