学术期刊出版运营的“术”与“道”

摘要：[目的]帮助学术期刊把握出版运营的原则与本质，打破运营误区，提升运营能力，为期刊出版的有效运营提供参考。[方法]针对学术期刊出版运营中的误区和不良现象，剖析期刊发展术与道的差异及其关系，揭示学术期刊出版运营的本质。[结果] 道是根本，以道驭术，以术促道，不仅是学术期刊出版初心和本原的回归，更是学术期刊生存发展的需要。[结论] 学术期刊需要牢记初心使命，坚守学术定力，科学认识影响期刊出版运营的因素，系统调用运营全要素，不为名所困扰，不为评价指标所羁绊，实现学术期刊的有效运营与可持续发展。

英文摘要:[Purposes] In order to help academic journals to grasp the principles and essence of publishing operations, avoid operational misunderstandings, and enhance operational capabilities, [Methods] this paper analyzes the Technique and Tao of journal development in response to misunderstandings and undesirable phenomena in academic journal publishing operations. The principle and its relationship reveal the true meaning of academic journal publishing operations. [Findings] Tao is the fundamental, using Tao to control Technique and Technique to promote Tao, is not only the return of the original intention and originality of academic journal publishing, but also the need for the survival and development of academic journals. [Conclusions]Academic journals need to keep in mind their original academic aspirations, adhere to academic composure, scientifically understand the factors that affect operation, systematically consider the whole elements of operation, not be trapped by fame, and not be fettered by evaluation indicators, so as to achieve effective operation and sustainable development.
