Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Aiming at the problems of resource retrieval and navigation which are caused by social tagging system used for digital archive resource organization, a digital archive resource aggregation model based on topic maps is presented in order to improve the efficiency of digital archive resource retrieval and establish an orderly visual navigation. [Method/process] Based on the analysis of using topic maps to realize the research status of social tagging system resource aggregation, a resource aggregation model based on topic maps in the field of digital archives is constructed, and a systematic solution to the three key elements of digital archives resource: topic types, association types and occurrence types is given, which uses social network analysis and formal concept analysis, so as to realize the resource aggregation of digital archives tagging system. [Result/conclusion] Taking the topic of "Women at War" in NARA digital archives tagging system as an example, we use the method proposed in this paper and combine Ontopia tools to achieve the aggregation of digital archives resources of target topic, which effectively improves the retrieval efficiency and navigation effect of digital archives resources.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] According to the characteristics of Chinese language expression, this paper proposes a feature extraction method of words with word segmentation tag of character granularity, which can effectively improve the F1 value of Chinese clinical named entity recognition, and the method can be used for other Chinese sequence labeling model. [Method/process] This paper chose three kinds of features of Chinese-words, including part-of-speech Tagging, keyword weight and dependency parsing, to construct the clinical cases training text in sequence labeling model of the Chinese-character granularity, and the corpus source is CCKS2017:Task2. Then, in different feature combination modes, this paper adopted CRF algorithm to verify Method 1 and Method 2,which are two kinds of words feature extraction methods for character granularity. [Result/conclusion] Compared with Method 1, for the four different combinations of word features, Method 2 has been improved in the task of CNER, and the F1 value has increased by an average of 0.23% in the 4-fold cross-validation test. The experiment shows that in the context of mature Chinese word segmentation technology, Method2 can obtain better word feature representations than Method 1, and it has a lifting effect on the processing performance of Chinese-Character Granularity in Sequence Labeling Model.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Aiming at the problem of low matching degree of information organization and retrieval demand caused by the rapid growth of electronic dance music digital resources, this paper tries to construct a demand model of electronic dance music information retrieval to guide the organization of electronic dance music information under the new network environment. [Method/process] Through the retrieval experiment of mainstream music platforms in China, the paper drew the outline of the interviews of the electronic dance music retrieval needs, and then used the grounded theory to explore the music information retrieval needs of the electronic dance music listeners and constructed the information retrieval demand model. [Result/conclusion] The study found that the audience demand of electronic dance music has "growth", which connects the aesthetic subject (audience) and aesthetic object (music) of the audience information retrieval needs, and the internal promotion of "growth" is the Matthew effect of information needs. The research indicated that the information organization of electronic dance music needs to balance the core dimensions such as subjective feelings, external description, content elements and production process. The paper can provide a reference for the organization of electronic dance music information under the new network environment.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper discusses the development history and related problems of reader recommendation by stages, and explores the future development trend of reader recommendation. It can provide reference for practice and research of Chinese reader recommendation service. [Method/process] This paper sorted out the research literatures about reader recommendation at home and abroad in recent years, analyzed the literatures by the methods of literature review and bibliometrics, studied the development process at different stages, and expounded the hot topics and characteristics of each stage. [Result/conclusion] The research of reader recommendation has already changed from the stage of theoretical research to the stage of innovation research, but there exists the problem of research imbalance. Therefore, we suggest that the future research direction should start with new technologies, new ways, new platforms and new models. At the same time, we should pay more attention to the change of readers' needs in the Internet environment.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]This paper puts forward the suitable development ideas of cultural and creative products for Chinese public libraries.[Method/process]By methods of network investigation, this article selects ten representative gift shops of public library in foreign countries as the research objects. Then, it browses, analyzes, reviews and records all of the cultural and creative products included in the website, and analyzes the categories of cultural and creative products of foreign public libraries from the viewpoint of product carrier type and content.[Result/conclusion]This paper provides new methods to develop cultural and creative products of Chinese public library:taking library collection and historical inheritance as developing route (extract library characteristic element; show the implication of classic collection;inherit library history culture), taking literature reading and characteristic culture as developing route (merge the theme of reading literature; enrich regional characteristic culture; memorize the culture of the festival),taking user requirements and creative service as developing route(cultivate the curiosity of young children; customize the suitable products for different groups;invite users experience design; create distinctive brand cultural and creative products).

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Consumer health informatics, as an emerging international discipline, is rapidly spreading in developed countries, such as Europe and United States. This paper focuses on the research status of consumer health informatics from its birth to today. The paper makes some recommendations about future research trends on the basis of review, and provides reference for the development of consumer health informatics in our country.[Method/process]This paper summarizes the literature on consumer health informatics at home and abroad in recent years, mainly analyzes research papers, main opinion papers, conference papers and so on, related topics in Web of Science, Science Direct and Scopus.[Result/conclusion]Although the research results on consumer health informatics are fruitful, but the definition of consumer health informatics is not yet unified, most of researches are "staying" in the application of technology.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Tag quality is often related to users' experience of classification, query, browsing, acquisition of online resources in social tagging system. Identifying key influencing factors of tag quality can optimize the core functions of resources organization of STS.[Method/process] Based on tags, we provided the influencing factors model of tag quality from six perspectives, which covered tagging subject, tagging object, tagging environment, tagging motivation, tagging methods and tagging products. The study attempted to explore the key influencing factors of tag quality by questionnaire, and established the decision tree model of influencing factors of tag quality based on Random Forest.[Result/conclusion] Tagging subject is the primary key dimension affecting tag quality. And the impact of the subject's knowledge structure and cognitive level, the subject's tagging frequency, and the subject's perceived usefulness are prominent. Tagging methods are the secondary one, and tag recommendation and standard tag tips are main influencing factors.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper investigates and analyzes the status of postgraduate data literacy courses of library-information-archival science in 10 top-ranking universities in Double First-Class line, in order to promote data literacy education on postgraduate, and optimize the data literacy ecology of teaching at the present stage.[Method/process] Using online survey and content analysis methods, and selecting 10 top-ranking universities of library-information-archival science in Double First-Class line, this paper analyzes the characteristics of their data literacy courses, including curriculum analysis and course content analysis. Based on this, the characteristics and shortcomings of data literacy education on postgraduate of library-information-archival science in 10 top-ranking universities in Double First-Class line were expounded.[Result/conclusion] The data literacy education on postgraduate of library-information-archival science in 10 top-ranking universities in Double First-Class line has been initially explored. The relevant data literacy courses are also embedded and guaranteed in the number of courses. However, The data literacy education has a dilemma with uneven distribution of content and slight imbalance in structure from the perspective of content setting. This paper puts forward to corresponding suggestions on the data literacy education of postgraduate in line with three aspects including the demand-driven, subject construction and resource empowerment.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the quickly development of science and technology and the coming of the era of big science, there are more and more scientific research cooperation and co-authored research papers, which is urgent to evaluate and distribute the contribution of coauthor in order to reduce the friction between researchers and promote scientific research.[Method/process] By systematically reviewing the relevant research literatures and surveying the practice of the famous academic journals, this article illustrated the development process of the author's contribution statement and analyzes the relationship between key elements of author's contribution and the order of authorship as well as the function and shortcoming of author contribution computation solutions existed. Based on the author's contribution statement and the degree of author's participation in each contributing element, this paper constructed the new measurement method of coauthor contribution rate.[Result/conclusion] The new method can improve the traditional measurement method of coauthor contribution rate and promote the academic influence evaluation from the unit of a fully paper to the contribution element of each author in a co-authored research paper.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The National Cultural Information Resource Sharing Project is a key national cultural benefiting project. In the process of construction, the core issue is always the construction of resources. Under the guidance of ‘improving grassroots cultural services in urban and rural areas’, which one of the main purposes of the cultural sharing project, this paper chooses the perspective of rural network resources construction to explore the rural cultural information resources construction, to find problems and put forward improvement measures based on the understanding of the current situation of rural cultural information resources construction.[Method/process] This paper investigated and analyzed the construction of rural cultural information resources in provincial sub-center websites of cultural sharing project, revealed the classification, construction and availability of rural information resources in the websites, and proposed corresponding solutions after analyzing the causes of existing problems.[Result/conclusion] At present, the content of resource construction cannot effectively meet users' needs, and there are many problems in website construction. Therefore, in the future, the cultural sharing project should pay more attention to the construction of information resources, especially the construction of shared information resources that mainly applicable to the rural areas of China, and intensify the development of resources, so that the cultural sharing project could really make difference in people's livelihood, economic development and cultural level in the vast rural areas.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper provides reference for the protection of personal data in the process of open sharing of scientific data in China by analyzing the relevant provisions of the European Union's General Data Protection Law (GDPR).[Method/process] Using text analysis method, this paper reviewed the researches of GDPR and personal data protection, and analyzed the applicabilities of and the functions of GDPR to personal data protection in open sharing of scientific data and its enlightenments to China.[Result/conclusion] GDPR has many normative functions for the personal data protection in open sharing of scientific data, including defining the basic concepts of personal data protection and the scope of protection objects, the main principles, the main rights of the data subjects, the main responsibilities and obligations of the data controllers and processors, and laying the legitimacy foundation of personal data processing. GDPR's enlightenment to China is that we should establish and perfect the legal system of personal data protection in China, strengthen the risk management of personal data in open sharing of scientific data, and build a dynamic and traceable open sharing system of scientific data, so as to realize the protection of personal data in open sharing of scientific data in China.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper reveals the data security problems in the open sharing of scientific data, and puts forward corresponding governance countermeasures, so as to promote the practice of open sharing of scientific data in China better.[Method/process] By means of normative analysis, this paper analyzed and defined the data security problems in the open sharing of scientific data, and then discussed the governance measures for the security of scientific data from the three dimensions of confidentiality, integrity and availability.[Result/conclusion] There are a lot of security problems in data confidentiality, integrity and availability in the open sharing of scientific data. The problems of data confidentiality can be governed by three measures including strengthening data security legislation, establishing scientific data classification standards and systems, and making full use of privacy enhancing technologies. The problems of data integrity can be governed by three measures including establishing a data protection officer system, implementing data protection impact assessment, and using data authentication technologies. The problems of data availability can be governed by three measures including formulating policies on the availability of scientific data, improving the quality of scientific data, and building a national scientific data center based on data alliance.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper compares and analyzes the differences and connections between data management and data governance, in order to provide references for the formulation of scientific data sharing policies.[Method/process] By using the comparative analysis method, this paper analyzed the similarities and differences between data management and data governance in five aspects:definition and meaning, functions, objectives, principles and focus areas, and then analyzed its enlightenment to the formulation of open sharing policies of scientific data in China.[Result/conclusion] There are significant differences between data management and data governance in terms of definition and meaning, functions, goals, principles and focus areas, but they are also intrinsically related. Data governance is the key to the successful implementation of data management. Understanding the relationship between them is helpful to clarify the deficiencies of current scientific data management policies in China, provide references for improving scientific data management methods in the future, and plan and formulate practical rules for the open sharing of scientific data.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the field of international digital humanities, Digital Humanities Award is one of the most authoritative awards. Through combing and analyzing the award-winning projects, the commonalities between "excellent projects" and "practical tools" in the field of digital humanities can be found, and the shortcomings of failed projects can be summarized.[Method/process] This paper used literature research method, content analysis method and information measurement method to sort out the award-winning projects of Digital Humanities Award over the years, and summarized the characteristics and deficiencies of the award-winning projects.[Result/conclusion] After investigation and analysis, this article proposes that the digital humanities tool development should be oriented towards code open source and user needs; project practice should be based on linked data, international image interoperability framework (IIIF), resource description framework (RDF) and artificial intelligence technology (AI) as the main technical framework; these projects with limited funds or resources can choose "minimum computing" as the practice mode.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] From the perspective of open access journal papers, the paper reveals the characteristics of open sharing cooperation behaviors, so as to promote cross-institutional and interdisciplinary cooperation of researchers and the practical development of the open sharing movement.[Method/process] Based on the citing papers of the top 100 cited papers in Plos One, this paper used citation analysis method and social network analysis method to reveal the characteristics of cooperation contents and the relationship of citing paper networks in Plos One.[Result/conclusion] Both the number of open sharing cooperation resultsand the cooperation rate in Plos One are increasing year by year, and features of multi-disciplinary and cross-institutional cooperation are significant. The cooperation contents focus on the biological environment and other natural science fields, while social science and humanities and art research are relatively few, and interdisciplinary cooperation research exist. The author cooperative relationship networks are characterized by multi-center and weak connection. The institutional cooperative relationship networks have formed a cooperative mode that scientific research institutes and universities as the core and government institutions and enterprises as the cooperative participants. The discipline cooperation networks have the characteristics of environmental adaptability and disciplinary inclusiveness, and the degree of cooperation and the correlation among the core disciplines are strong.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to reveal the utilization status of the three representative datasets in Peking University Open Research Data Platform and provide references for the related research of scientific data open sharing.[Method/process] This paper selected CNKI papers using CFPS, CHARLS and CLHLS as the research objects, and adopted network analysis method and relevant tools to analyze their collaborative research from the dimensions of authors, institutions and themes.[Result/conclusion] After 2011, the annual collaboration degree of the research subjects has tended to be stable, and the collaboration rate gradually decreased with the expansion of the research subjects. The three centrality indicators can complement each other to find important institutions. The first-level institutions show that Peking University is the core, some institutions maintain collaboration, and many institutions actively participate in collaboration. The top-ranked second-level institutions in terms of the number of collaborative institutions and the total number of collaboration times are relatively stable, and maintain a solid collaborative relationship mutually, which can be roughly classified into three categories. The core author groups show that some author groups collaborate frequently and stably, and there are intermediary authors connecting to several collaborative groups. Moreover, collaborative research papers cover a variety of topics, focusing on physical and mental health of elderly people, family consumption and assets, as well as social security issues for the aging population. It can be improved in terms of building an authoritative integration platform of scientific data open sharing, integrating academic databases, and organizing academic competitions to promote the development of scientific data open sharing in the future.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to provide references for more extensive open sharing of scientific data, the authors' cooperative relationships and research contents on the topic of open sharing of scientific data in china are revealed.[Method/process] Based on the data of journal papers and conference papers on the subject of open sharing of scientific data in CNKI from 2004 to 2021, the basic situation of author cooperations was analyzed, and the author cooperation networks were constructed. The overall author cooperation network, cooperative groups and cooperative research contents were analyzed by using the social network method.[Result/conclusion] The journal papers and conference papers on the subject of open sharing of scientific data in China are mainly based on author cooperative researches. The overall network density of author cooperation is low, and the size and frequency of cooperation affect the centrality. The structures of authors' cooperative group present five modes of double core, grid, bridge, star and streamline. The contents of authors' cooperative researches cover 9 aspects, including big data, scientific data, open sharing, data publishing, data management, data policy, data security, government data and data governance.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the cooperative behavior of scientific data open sharing from the perspective of citizen science, this paper provides a reference for improving the practical cooperation level of open sharing of scientific data in China.[Method/process] This paper uses literature analysis method to sort out the basic concept of citizen science and its relationship with the open sharing cooperation of scientific data, and constructs the cooperation model of open sharing of scientific data from the perspective of citizen science. Based on this model,this paper analyzes how stakeholders cooperate in the open sharing of scientific data.[Result/conclusion] The stakeholders can achieve various forms of open sharing cooperation by formulating policies and agreements for open sharing of scientific data, co-funding open sharing activities, and carrying out cooperation on open access to scientific data, open access publishing, open review, and OpenURL in the environment of citizen science.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Studying the field change and value chain reconstruction of academic information exchange in the background of open access is conducive to optimizing the ecology of academic information exchange and improving the efficiency of academic information exchange.[Method/process] This paper analyzed the relationship change among the subjects of academic information exchange in the background of open access by using of the field theory in Sociology, and further discussed its influence on the value chain of academic information exchange.[Result/conclusion] With the open access, the field of academic information exchange presents the trend of multi-agent. Based on the space of mutual integration and collaboration, this paper proposes and constructs two reconstruction models of academic information exchange value chain:single subject value chain integration and multi-agent value chain collaboration.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Knowledge graph has become a new form of public digital cultural resources organization. Using knowledge graph technology to enable the Knowledge Q & A service of red historical figures and improve user interaction experience is of great significance to the development and utilization of red historical resources.[Method/process] On the basis of combing the related research of digital resource organization and Knowledge Q & A system of historical figures, the paper constructed the knowledge graph schema and KBQA architecture of red historical figures, and then built the model of Q & A from five aspects of data acquisition, knowledge extraction, knowledge fusion, graph generation and Knowledge Q & A.This paper took the red historical figures digitalresources of Shanghai University(1922-1927) as an example for empirical research.[Result/conclusion] The Knowledge Q & A service architecture designed in this paper has advantages in semi-automatic graph construction, knowledge reasoning and intelligent interaction of digital resources of red historical figures, and improves the user knowledge service experience.
