Abstract： [Purpose/significance] From the perspective of everyday life scenario, this paper studies the way App and hardware provide smart information service for users with automation, initiative and personalization. [Method/process] First, this paper analyzed the significance and elements of the context and classified the main personal context types according to user’s everyday life scenarios. Then, it analyzed the connections between user, APP, and smart hardware, and the data flow in the context and studied the design of “IF-THEN” logic rules and the corresponding practice of trigger-action programming. Finally, this paper compared typical examples of smart services based on trigger-action programming. [Result/conclusion] This paper proposes a flow design based on “IF-THEN” logic and trigger-action programming for smart information service in personal everyday life, which could create the basis of the theory and implementation of service design for the integration of new scenes.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Some of the innovation cooperation opportunities between the two countries are explicit and direct, while others are potentially indirect. This paper attempts to find out the potential indirect innovation cooperation opportunities by measuring and analyzing the citation relationship between patents of the two countries. [Method/process] Citations between the patents which act as various roles in the global value chain, contain indirect cooperation such as mutual joint or complementary support. Patents acting as various roles have different functions and their IPC numbers are crossing different categories. Therefore, the algorithm of "citation crossing degree" was designed to measure and screen the patent citation relationship while the "citation crossing degree" reaches the preset threshold in the patent citation network. These screened relationships are used as the basic data for discovering indirect innovation cooperation opportunities. Taking Singapore's patents granted in China as samples, based on the measurement of citation crossing degree and manual interpretation, a series of indirect innovation cooperation opportunities between China and Singapore were found. [Result/conclusion] The method for discovering the indirect innovation cooperation opportunities between two countries based on the citation crossing degree measurement is proved to be effective by the experiment in this paper.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Research on archiving Internet-based information from the perspective of major public health events aims to explore theory and method of web archiving in pertinence dimension.[Method/process] With summarizing the reference frame based on the representative archiving practices and analysis of the information status of Internet-based information from the perspective of COVID-19 event, a framework for archiving Internet-based information of major public health events was comprehensively proposed.[Result/conclusion] Therefore, on the one hand, explain the archiving subject, information object, system, technology, scheme, Internet archive, Internet archive products and services of Internet-based information of major public health events. On the other hand, clarify the general requirements of archiving:as shown in implementation of the dynamic optimization scheme based on the overall objective, prior control of the whole process, cooperation of multiple social subject, construction of the Chinese model under the open framework.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The Internet of Things opens up, strengthens, and enriches the connections between things. Based on the ubiquitous connection, the relationship between contextual awareness and intelligent response is clearly defined, which helps to better understand the service of the smart library and further clarify the intelligent improvement path of service capability.[Method/process] Firstly, it clarified the service orientation of smart libraries in the Internet of Things environment and the intelligence of service capacity improvement, and analyzed intelligent response services based on contextual awareness. Secondly, it explicitly presented the sensing-response loop of information services in the Internet of Things environment. Finally, the smart response service framework of the smart library was proposed.[Result/conclusion] The Internet of Things has magnified the intensity and breadth of contextual awareness, making the user-centric connected network more visible and enriched. The 5 layers framework of intelligent response service which includes situational awareness, context modeling, contextual computing, resource response and intelligent intelligence provides a reference and action framework for smart library service design.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] To summarize the situation research literature in information science, strengthen the situation awareness in information work, and enrich the situation theory of information work.[Method/process] Under the framework of the scenario response life cycle, the bibliometric analysis was carried out from the literature year, source, author, keywords, etc., and by means of the combination of bibliometrics and content analysis. The situational response in the field of library and information, the situational response in the field of competitive information, and the situational response in the field of emergency information focused on the research content of the literature, and summarized the basic situation and research content of the research literature.[Result/conclusion] The research results related to the situational perspective in the field of information science show steady growth and development, and there has been a certain research scale in competitive information and emergency information. At the same time, it is necessary to further deepen the scenario analysis and strengthen the research recommendations for various information work areas and information work processes.
