Research on the Construction of Library Precision Service Model Based on User Portrait

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Constructing a precise service model based on user portraits, provides library a reference to perform precise services for users, and provide a new direction for the library industry to carry out precision services.[Method/process] Based on the five dimensions of user basic data, user dynamic behavior data, psychological feature data, context-aware data and social network data, service features of online service push, personalized recommendation, user churn warning, user relationship management and scene service have been created based on data source layer, data processing layer, user data warehouse and precision application layer.[Result/conclusion] Although user portrait technology has significant value for users' accurate services, user privacy should also be considered. Therefore, from the perspective of technology, user awareness and privacy policy, multi-dimensional protection of user privacy, and the implementation of user portrait technology in the library, through these measures to achieve the goal of library precision services.
