  • Study on the Configuration of Knowledge Hiding Behaviors in Social Q&A Community Based on FsQCA

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-10-08 Cooperative journals: 《知识管理论坛》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Knowledge hiding behavior is not only detrimental to the generation of individual knowledge, but also affects the healthy development of social Q&A communities. Exploring the causes of users’ knowledge hiding behaviors in social question-and-answer communities is of great significance to enrich relevant theories of user behaviors in social question-and-answer communities and guide the optimization of platforms. [Method/process] From the perspective of configuration, based on the person-environment matching theory, the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method (fsQCA) was used to analyze 157 valid samples collected from the questionnaire. The combined effects of value congruence, interpersonal similarity, needs-supplies fit based on external motivations, needs-supplies fit based on internal motivations and demands-abilities fit on knowledge hiding behaviors were explored. [Result/ conclusion] To obtain the combination path of high and low degree knowledge hiding behaviors, this study finds that demand matching plays a key role in knowledge hiding behaviors. Through comparative analysis, it is found that users are more inclined to knowledge hiding and reduce knowledge hiding behaviors, it is necessary to strengthen the matching of various conditions.

  • The Impact of Knowledge Sharing Among Users in Social Media on Consumer Purchasing: A Case Study of “Little Red Book”

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-10-08 Cooperative journals: 《知识管理论坛》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] With the development of internet and information technology, more and more social media have been begun to build a new business model of “community + e-commerce”. This paper aims to explore the user knowledge sharing on their consumer behavior in the content community, so as to provide a management strategy for improving the purchasing behavior of users in the community. [Method/ process] This article took “Little Red Book” as an example to analyze its internal operation mechanism, and based on Szulanski’s knowledge transfer model, built the influencing factor model of the knowledge sharing process on consumer purchase behavior in the “Little Red Book”. Finally,it took the users of the “Little Red Book” as the survey object, through the data of the questionnaire survey for empirical analysis. [Result/conclusion] In social media, knowledge sharing among users can be divided into four stages: knowledge generation, interaction, integration and feedback, in which user interaction, perceived risk and the professional ability of the recipient have positive impacts on their purchase behavior; The knowledge sharing process further influences the users’ willingness to purchase through the intermediary role of knowledge sharing content and degree, and the knowledge sharing content has a greater impact on it, which also indicates that in social media operations, enriching and improving community content and strengthen users, enhancing user interaction and reducing the perceived risk of users are the key to promoting user purchases.

  • Reseacrh on the Relationship of Relationship Quality, Crowdsourcing Quality and Enterprise Innovation Performance: Moderating Role of Dynamic Capabilities

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-10-08 Cooperative journals: 《知识管理论坛》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The model of Crowdsourcing provides a breakthrough for enterprise external innovation, which can reduce the cost of innovation and reduce innovation performance. However, the effect of public package mode is not ideal at present, and it needs to be promoted. [Method/process] Based on the principal-agent theory, this paper regarded crowdsourcing community as external dynamic organization, carried out in depth analysis on the action mechanism that relationship quality between enterprise and crowdsourcing community act on innovation performance, Then, it investigated the mediating effects of crowdsourcing quality and the moderating effect of enterprises’ dynamic capabilities. [Result/conclusion] The results show that: The relationship quality has no significant effect on innovation performance, crowdsourcing quality play a mediating role, the adaptability of enterprises has a moderating effect on the relationship quality, and adjusted relationship quality can improve the enterprise innovation performance; The crowdsourcing quality performance has a significant direct on innovation performance, and moreover, absorptive capacity and innovation capability of enterprises have positive moderating effect on the relationship between relationship quality and innovation performance; Dynamic capabilities can effectively regulate the mediating effects of crowdsourcing quality, so that it can directly play a partial mediation role between relationship quality and innovation performance.

  • Research on the Knowledge Transfer Process and Affecting Factors in the Network Crowdsourcing Model

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-10-08 Cooperative journals: 《知识管理论坛》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] FNetwork crowdsourcing is a rising innovative business model, which exists in the form of a virtual community. The transfer of knowledge is throughout the entire process of this model and research on the knowledge transfer process and affecting factors in the network crowdsourcing model will help enterprises better understand the importance of it. [Method/process] This paper based on the previous research, analyzed the running process and the knowledge characteristics of the network crowdsourcing. It also established the knowledge transfer process model and affecting factors analysis model. Besides, according to the collected data with analysis and processing, we obtained the weight of each affecting factor. Finally, for the interaction between users as the breakthrough point, we put forward the development strategies by using the incentive theory, game theory and other related knowledge. [Result/ conclusion] The result shows that the ambiguity of knowledge, the attributes of tasks and the motivation of those who accept the crowdsourcing tasks are the key factors determining whether knowledge can be transferred. It will enhance the accuracy of solving problems and the practicability of knowledge by taking proper incentive measures, strengthening reciprocal trust and communication.

  • How does gamification affect user Acceptance of metaverse: An Empirical Study based on SOR Theory

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-08-29

Abstract: Abstract: Purpose/significance With the development of digital technology and the needs of real life, the metaverse is gradually emerging. When enterprises rush to enter this field, how to let ordinary users have an interest in understanding the metaverse and improve their acceptance of it is crucial. Method/process Therefore, from the perspective of gamification, this paper takes the metaverse activity launched by the Library of Central China Normal University as an opportunity to collect data of users participating in the activity by using Scene experiment method, and explores the influence mechanism of gamification users' acceptance of the metaverse based on the above data. Result/conclusion The results show that gamification can influence the acceptance of the meta-universe through the mediation of emotion. Gamification can have a direct or indirect effect on emotion. On the one hand, gamification can bring users a sense of immersion, which in turn will bring novel experiences, indirectly making users produce positive emotions. On the other hand, gamification directly affects the emotions of the user, and in this process, the sense of accomplishment plays a moderating role.
