Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Analyze the job tasks, capability requirements, and capability development mechanisms of university library directors. [Method/Process] Adopt a reverse approach, starting from the job tasks of the directors, and working backward to determine the capability requirements and development mechanisms. [Result/Conclusion] The main job tasks of university library directors are to coordinate planning and organizational work. They need to possess the capabilities of foresight, planning, coordination, and communication. The measures for the development of these capabilities involve systematically cultivating and enhancing meta-capability, information capabilities, cognitive capabilities, logical thinking capabilities, and imagination.

Abstract：在四库南三阁筹建之际,乾隆已明确将其界定为面向公众开放的国家级图书机构,并连发三道御旨,深入阐释其重要意义。 自南三阁落成之日起,其各项运作,包括人事管理、财政规划、空间布局、书目编制及开放时间安排等,均紧密围绕公共开放这一中心任务展开。 不仅如此,通过梳理来自上级领导、各级官员、学者及学生等不同群体的借阅活动记录可以发现,这些文人学者亲身经历的借阅案例无疑也构成了南三阁实施公共开放政策的有力历史证据。 在历史发展层面,南三阁所秉持的公共开放精神及其具体实践,不仅标志着中国图书馆事业迈入了一个崭新的发展阶段,更为后续图书馆公共开放的建设模式奠定了坚实的基础。晚清乃至民国初期的图书馆公共开放建设,在积极吸纳西方公共图书馆建设理念的同时,其根源与灵感仍可追溯至四库南三阁的开创性实践。

Abstract：美国国会图书馆宣布 2025 年起全面实施 BIBFRAME 编目,规范编目馆员使用 BIBFRAME 编辑器开展编目工作,这必将给国际编目体系带来新的变化。 由于国内图书馆的大部分外文编目工作采用套录美国国会图书馆数据的方式展开,其数据著录格式的变化也必将对我国编目工作产生不容小视的影响。 鉴于此,文章通过对 BIBFRAME 的发展历程、国内外图书馆 BIBFRAME 格式转化研究现状以及格式转换的难点进行论述,在总结国外 BIBFRAME 格式转换经验的基础上展开思考,最终形成对我国图书馆领域应对 BIBFRAME格式转换的一系列启示。

Abstract：深入探究老年用户信息需求并以此提出改进策略,有助于公共图书馆提升老年用户信息服务质量,保障银发用户的公共权益。 研究以陕西省图书馆为例,采用半结构化访谈和文献调查法提取老年用户信息需求要素,借助问卷调查了解老年用户的信息需求情况,通过实地调研和网络调查法了解陕西省图书馆老年用户信息服务现状及问题,并提出改进策略。 结果显示,老年用户对图书馆信息素养培训服务、多样信息活动服务、活动推广服务和意见反馈服务尤为看重,不同类型老年用户在馆员素养、资源与获取两方面存在需求差异,可从馆员素养、信息资源与获取、服务方式、环境与设施等方面提升省级公共图书馆老年用户信息服务质量。

Abstract：随着 AI 技术的快速发展,AI 生成的垃圾信息日益增多,对个人和社会构成了严重威胁,如何有效治理 AI 垃圾信息污染,成为当前亟待解决的问题。 文章应用文献调研法和归纳演绎法对 AI 信息污染展开研究。 首先,提出 AI 信息污染的定义、表现形式、特点与危害;其次,指出图书馆在治理 AI 信息污染中的重要作用:高质量信息的甄别者和筛选者、专业信息素养教育的推广者和可靠学术研究信息的提供者;然后,从信息资源管理、技术应用、用户赋能与服务 3 个层面提出图书馆治理 AI 信息污染的策略;最后,提出图书馆治理AI 信息污染的未来发展趋势:技术融合趋势、跨领域合作趋势和角色转变趋势。

Abstract：“十四五”规划提出知识产权强国建设目标任务,首次将保护和激励高价值专利纳入我国经济社会发展的主要目标,识别高价值专利具有重要意义。 本研究在 BERTopic 模型识别新颖性主题基础上,基于法律、技术、经济和发明人 4 个维度的指标评估体系,构建相应的突变级数模型,对专利进行综合评估。 通过专利文本分析、新兴产业对比和专利市场价值对识别出的高价值专利进行验证。 结果表明,该方法筛选出的高价值专利与相关资料结果保持一致,是一种有效的高价值专利识别方法。

Abstract：在 MLIS 授予单位迅速扩张的背景下,如何保障人才培养质量是 MLIS 教育面临的重要问题。 文章以课程建设为观察点,调查 U. S. News 发布的 MLIS 榜单中的 53 所美国院校和我国 66 所 MLIS 院校的 MLIS课程信息,借助 BERTopic 模型和余弦相似度算法,开展中美课程主题聚类分析及基于扎根理论的课程内容分析。 研究发现中美课程均表现出强烈的职业导向性,在以图书馆职业为核心的基础上,MLIS 教育出现向健康、政务、商务等多信息工作场景拓展的趋势。 除 MLIS 教育共同发展趋势外,我国 MLIS 课程还具有重视文化保护的特点。 同时,文章也发现我国 MLIS 课程在内容丰富性、差异性、业务细分等方面尚有提升空间,为此提出立足中国话语体系开发特色 MLIS 课程,对接区域需求开展差异化课程设计,强化行业合作以细化专业课程等建议。

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] To address the issues of insufficient intelligence, passive service models, and inefficient resource integration in library reference services, this study explores intelligent transformation pathways driven by the Model Context Protocol (MCP) service. The goal is to leverage standardized protocols to break down barriers between large language models (LLMs) and heterogeneous library resource systems, thereby constructing a new paradigm of proactive, precise, and personalized smart services, and providing both theoretical and practical solutions for the development of smart libraries. [Methods/Process] Based on an analysis of the technical features of MCP and its compatibility with library business logic, a four-layer interaction model of "Resource-MCP-LLM-User" is constructed. A layered service system architecture is designed, comprising the MCP service layer, MCP protocol layer, foundational LLM layer, and user layer. Through protocol parsing, tool encapsulation, and context management mechanisms, dynamic scheduling and knowledge integration of multi-source resources by LLMs are achieved. [Results/Conclusions] The study finds that MCP services can dynamically extend the boundaries of intelligent reference services according to library capabilities, providing a scalable theoretical framework and technical implementation guide for the intelligent transformation of libraries, and promoting the evolution of public cultural services towards proactivity and knowledge orientation.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] In the context of the official opening of the "first year of smart education", this paper reveals the current situation and development trend of library empowerment of smart education research, clarifies the characteristics of academic ecology in this field, and provides a reference for the construction of a library knowledge service system suitable for the development of smart education. [Methods/Processes] The Chinese and English literature related to library and smart education in CNKI, Wanfang and Web of Science databases were selected, and bibliometrics, scientific knowledge graph and comparative research methods were comprehensively used, and CiteSpace, VOSviewer and other software were used to carry out multi-perspective and cross-language visual analysis and interpretation from the dimensions of literature time series distribution, high-yield author cooperation network, institution-regional output pattern, keyword clustering and topic evolution. [Result/Conclusion] Since 2020, the research on library-empowered smart education has ushered in rapid development, and it is currently in an active stage, with colleges and universities as its main front, and there are obvious differences between domestic and foreign research in terms of the rhythm of literature output, regional distribution of institutions, and keyword themes. In China, the eastern coastal provinces (cities) are the main focus, focusing on the local education scenario adaptation research, and the international research is led by China and the United States, mainly Asian countries, focusing on technology-driven and cross-domain ecological expansion research, but there are deficiencies and key challenges in the depth of collaboration and practice transformation. Finally, from the four dimensions of collaboration mechanism optimization, technology integration and innovation, practice scenario expansion and evaluation system reconstruction, it is proposed to build a library smart education service system that meets the needs of the times, and help the high-quality construction of smart education ecology and the rapid development of library intelligent transformation.

Abstract： Abstract：［Purpose］The intelligent transformation of university libraries is a necessary path to implement the national digital education transformation strategy and promote high-quality services in university libraries. As a core business, literature resource construction is constrained by complex internal and external factors, urgently requiring empirical research combined with data.［Method］This paper uses seven-year data related to literature resource construction in university libraries of Jiangsu Province to systematically analyze the positive changes and risk challenges brought by intelligent transformation.［Conclusion］Targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, including strengthening intelligent strategic thinking, optimizing collaborative management frameworks, empowering resource construction scenarios with intelligence, constructing provincial characteristic construction models, and cultivating an open and collaborative intelligent ecosystem.

The development of an intelligent Manchu-Chinese machine translation system based on the Transformer model holds profound importance for the inheritance of endangered linguistic and cultural heritage. ［Method/Process］Leveraging the Transformer-based neural machine translation architecture and optimizing the model according to the linguistic characteristics of Manchu, the system incorporates self-learning and memory mechanisms, continuously improving translation accuracy through iterative optimization.［Result/Conclusion］The Transformer-based Manchu-Chinese machine translation system achieves efficient cross-lingual conversion, addressing a critical technological gap in Manchu language information processing. This system demonstrates substantial application value in the digitization of Manchu archives and Manchu-Han cultural exchange, providing an innovative technological solution for the preservation and transmission of minority languages.

Abstract： In the context of rapid advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), how to effectively integrate these models with local library resources has become a critical issue in the development of smart libraries. This paper, drawing on the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach, explores how the Coze platform can be employed to build an intelligent question-answering service that leverages local domain knowledge without incurring high costs or complex technical requirements. By introducing the practices in the “Law Library Assistant” project at the Law Library of Xiamen University, the paper discusses the core processes of knowledge base construction, AI agent configuration and testing, multi-platform deployment, and post-launch maintenance—all based on the Coze platform. The results demonstrate that Coze’s intuitive visual interface lowers the barriers to system setup and maintenance, providing a viable solution for libraries to deliver efficient and reliable AI-powered services amidst the new wave of artificial intelligence.

Abstract：［目的/意义］公共图书馆作为地方历史文献的主要存藏机构，积极参与地方文献丛书整理出版工作，对于保护和弘扬地方特色文化、促进地方社会经济文化发展具有重要意义。［方法/过程］运用网络调研法、文献分析法对公共图书馆参与全国地方文献丛书整理出版概况进行调查研究。［结果/结论］结果表明，公共图书馆参与地方文献丛书整理出版项目，存在参与程度不高、参与形式单一、主动性缺乏等问题。建议公共图书馆可以从发挥资源优势、加强学术积累、寻求多方合作、创新参与方式、建立有效机制等方面，提升参与地方文献丛书整理出版工作质量，履行图书馆保护传承地方优秀特色文化的职能使命。
