Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to integrate and analyze the service data produced in daily work and service of the university library, and use infographic to visualize these service data, so that users can understand the service data and the meaning behind the data more easily.[Method/process] After determining the audience of the infographic, it collects service data from various ways, then cleans, integrates and analyzes these data, extracts the topics to be expressed, and uses an appropriate way to draw the infographic.[Result/conclusion] Practice shows that through reasonable visualization we can understand the utilization of all kinds of resources in the library much better, make clear the reader's demand, forecast the direction of the future work of the library, and provide the decision-making basis for the future work.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Actively carrying out all kinds of maker activities to improve students' maker literacy meets the requirements of the new era for the cultivation of university students. This paper puts forward the specific strategies of carrying out the maker literacy education in university library, providing references for university libraries to construct makerspaces and carry out the maker literacy education.[Method/process] This paper tries to summarize and analyze the connotation and definition of the maker literacy. Based on this, using the questionnaire survey method and taking Fudan university as an example, this paper investigates the situation of university students' maker literacy, their attitude to the library makerspace and all kinds of maker activities and other basic situations of university library's maker literacy education development.[Result/conclusion] This paper proposes some strategies of carrying out the maker literacy education including actively creating the hardware environment that meets the needs of our users, establishing a diversified and flexible maker foundation course system, building a guiding service system, and encouraging students to organize themselves.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Policy is the essential element in the ecosystem of open government data. This article reviews the extent research of open government data (OGD) policy in China and provides guidelines for academic community.[Method/process] The systematic review is adopted to sort out and summarize relevant research related to OGD policies, thus existing research is evaluated comprehensively and research agenda is proposed to move policy research forward.[Result/conclusion] Findings show that OGD policy research focuses on three themes:open data policy environment, open data formulation, and open data policy implementation. Limitations of extant research:most researches focus on foreign empirical research, and less focus on policy in China; research is more fragmentary and abstract, and lack of systematicness and specificity. Research direction in the future:we should conduct in-depth research on open data policy system, especially data asset management policies, relevant mechanisms for policy implementation, e.g. coordination mechanism, participation mechanism and monitoring mechanism, and the adaptability of existing policies.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper designs embedded teaching strategies based on flipped class and uses the strategies in many representative courses, aiming to promote embedded teaching effect and efficiency. [Method/process] The subject librarians design an embedded teaching strategy of students studying by themselves online before class, teachers carrying out interactive teaching activities in class and offering consultation services both online and offline after class. Besides, the librarians put the strategies into use. Finally, they assess the teaching effects by conducting questionnaires. [Result/conclusion] The teaching practice shows that embedded instruction based on flipped class is effective. The majority of the students like the use of flipped class in the embedded instruction. They agree that the flipped class is effective and has many advantages over traditional teaching methods. However, the subject librarians need to further explore librarian competence promotion, students' learning initiative improvement, and platform function and technical application strengthening, etc.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Taking the digital humanities as the traction, and effectively organizing special collections of famous scholars from the perspective of knowledge, so as to provide resources support for the public cultural institutions such as libraries to carry out knowledge services.[Method/process] By analyzing the characteristics of special collections about famous scholars and user needs, this paper investigated four types of knowledge models of special collections with characters as the core and resources as the carrier, designed and constructed the knowledge models of famous scholars.[Result/conclusion] Linking external data based on the knowledge models of famous scholars can effectively organize and display special collections of famous scholars represented by the collections of Tsung Dao Lee from the perspective of knowledge particles.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Study the effects of different classic reading promotion models and promote the implementation of classic reading promotion practice.[Method/process] According to the extent to which the organizer of the reading promotion controls the reading process and effects of the audience. This paper divides the current classic reading promotion methods into classic bibliographic recommendation mode, regular reading communication mode, reading project mode, reading community mode, and uses experimental research and questionnaire survey to compare and analyze the promotion effects of the four modes.[Result/conclusion] The reading community mode is the ideal mode for the promotion of classical reading in universities.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The paper meets the requirements of internal control in higher education, builds an internal control framework system applicable to literature resources, so as to improve the internal control level of literature resources, and consolidate the scientific management foundation of libraries.[Method/process] In view of importance and current situation of internal control in university libraries, the paper clarifies the internal control objectives of literature resources. Based on the life cycle management of literature resources, the internal control framework system of literature resources is constructed. Taking Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library as an example, the implementation and measures of the internal control system of literature resources are introduced.[Result/conclusion] The paper formulates the strategic objectives, operation objectives, compliance objectives and assets objectives of internal controls of literature resources in university library. This framework system is constructed from seven major parts, including management system and mechanism, planning and allocation, use and maintenance, disposal, information management, performance evaluation and supervision and evaluation. And it forms a closed-loop quality management of "planning-execution-evaluation-improvement", to promote dynamic management and improve management quality of literature resources.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the era of big data, institution name data presents new features such as mass, dynamic and diversity. Normalization of institution name can improve the reliability of data in scientific research management, subject evaluation and subject service under big data environment, and improve the quality and application effect of data retrieval based on institution name.[Method/process] From the perspective of linguistics and model construction, this paper studied name normalization. This paper constructs a Framework Model for Normalization of Institutional Names Based on Co-occurrence Relations and Similarity. Firstly, it proposed a method of identifying the entity boundary of names. Secondly, it compiled a multi-level vocabulary and proposes a normalized method of names. Finally, the Chinese bibliographic data from 2008 to 2018 were selected for experiment.[Result/conclusion] Experiments verify the validity of the model, which has some enlightening significance for the normalization of the names of other types of institutions.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Through investigating the practice progress of international students' information literacy education in Chinese university libraries, the authors put forward feasible development countermeasures and provide reference for Chinese university libraries to carry out the international students' information literacy teaching services to support the universities' "double first-class" strategies and international construction.[Method/process] Two questionnaire surveys were conducted among 104 librarians from 91 university libraries which had carried out international students' information literacy education in eastern, western, southern and northern China, and 20 international students in Shanghai Jiao Tong University respectively. Through the statistical analysis of the survey results, this paper analyzed the advantages, disadvantages and strategies of information literacy instruction for international students in university libraries in China.[Result/conclusion] The information literacy education of international students has been carried out in more than half of the university libraries in China. It is characterized by diversified teaching staff, multi-dimensional teaching types and contents, and various teaching methods and languages. There are some deficiencies in the information literacy education for international students, such as the need to strengthen the cultivation of information literacy of international students, the urgent need to strengthen the information literacy education of international students, the lack of teaching staff, and the improvement of teaching ability of librarians. We should strengthen the top-level design of international students' information literacy education, strengthen the construction of foreign students' information literacy teaching staff, pay more attention to the improvement of librarians' teaching ability, and try to use new teaching methods of information literacy.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Suggestions for WeChat operations mostly stay at the macro level, including controlling the length of the title characters, using special punctuation marks, digitizing the title, etc. It is already cannot meet the current needs for WeChat operation. It's particularly urgent to improve operation level to meet the current needs of university library WeChat, including character length, special punctuation and digital titles,etc. [Method/process] The 524 title texts of 29 university libraries that were shortlisted in the top 50 of the WCI list from April 15 to 28, 2018 were selected as the research data. Some data of Nov. 2019 and April 15 to 28, 2020 were also added in order to improve the representativeness of the data and the credibility of conclusions. The content elements (word, subject) and formal elements (number, punctuation and length) of title text have been analyzed using methods such as text analysis, comparative analysis, interviews with survey subjects based on Gatekeeper Theory, to help improve university library WeChat marketing effect. [Result/conclusion] A set of precise operation strategy formula of WeChat titles suitable for the characteristics of university librarieswere proposed:Starting from the content standard, extract key news elements, prioritize key news elements, look for small entry to highlight the title, and create a continuous and stable freshness.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The construction of University library collections for the "14th Five-Year Plan" is not only an important part of the overall plan, but also the service guarantee and basic conditions of the library. This paper clarifies the compilation process, research focus, development thinking and implementation measures. It will have important guiding and practical significance for the medium and long-term collection construction strategy of university libraries. [Method/process] The paper combined literature research, industry observation and analysis, adopted case studies, policy text interpretation, comparative research and other methods to summarize the strategies and development ideas of the "14th Five-Year" plan for the construction of library collections. [Result/conclusion] The overall idea of library collection construction is to empower the stock, optimize the increment and grasp the variables in the new development stage, and propose specific implementation strategies.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Provide the reference for the academic libraries to continuously improve service quality and benefit, maintain vigorous vitality, and open up a new journey of development.[Method/process] This paper adopted the methods of bibliometric analysis and key literature review, and divided the research phases of service quality, benefit and service innovation in the past 20 years and sorted out the changes in research topics, clarify the key influencing factors and evaluation system of service quality and benefit and mechanisms of service innovation impetus.[Result/conclusion] From the perspective of literature research, the service innovation and the evaluation of service quality and benefit of academic libraries are not only hotspots of practices, but also an important direction of theoretical research. This paper summarizes three research characteristics and three research deficiencies to provide reference for the improvement of service quality and benefit and for the tapping of service innovation impetus of the academic libraries in the new development stage.
