Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper makes a statistical study of Chinese periodical papers published in the CNKI database. [Method/process] Based on the method of literature metrology for the quantitative analysis of the domestic research of knowledge service, this paper made an analysis in terms of literature sources quantity distribution, journal distribution, core authors, highly cited documents, high frequency keywords, research scope and the service object. [Result/conclusion] Analysis and point out the lack of research: Knowledge service has not yet formed a unified consensus, the lack of systematic research, theory more than practice and guidance is not strong, the lack of effective evaluation mechanism. Based on the results of the analysis, this paper discusses the trend of the development of the knowledge service, so as to provide a reference for further research.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In view of the current academic book evaluation environment, the feasibility of using TOPSIS to establish a comprehensive evaluation of academic books is discussed, and a new idea and method for comprehensive evaluation of academic books is provided.[Method/process] Firstly, the high-cited academic books in the field of library and information are selected as the research object, and a comprehensive evaluation index is constructed by combining high-frequency index screening and coefficient of variation. Secondly, the CRITIC method is used to calculate the index weights. Finally, a weighted TOPSIS method is used to conduct empirical analysis on sample books and obtain a comprehensive ranking of influence.[Result/conclusion] Through the analysis of the results, it is found that the CRITIC method and the weighted TOPSIS method combined the comprehensive evaluation methods to expand the singleness of current academic book evaluation methods, and is more operative and more reasonable. Also it provides a qualitative and quantitative comprehensive evaluation method for academic book evaluation.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims at reviewing and summarizing the historical course of information science, it is of great significance to understand the development process of information science in China in the past 20 years, and can provide reference and guidance for further research.[Method/process] This article took the papers published in Advances in Information Science(Volume 1-11) as research object, and summarized the topics of these papers and the characteristics of each topic by the method of contents analysis. Then, based on the above analysis, it forecasted three development trends of information science in China in the future, including theoretical research, paradigm method and application practice.[Result/conclusion] It is showed that the main topics of those papers in Advances in Information Science are basic theories of information science, information resources management, emerging information technology and so on, each topic presents different characteristics. In the future, intelligent information science will integrate more disciplines knowledge of other subjects, serve the scientific discovery research, national economic construction and national defence security, and provide intellectual support for the construction of new national think tanks.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper is intended to construct the evaluation index and model of academic papers impact in online scientific exchange, and enrich the content and method of academic papers impact evaluation.[Method/process] First of all, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the indicators in the current academic evaluation research. Then, it selected several authoritative online media platforms as the research platform according to the altmetrics indicator system, and then, it obtained relevant index data from these platforms. Secondly, the indexes were screened through the correlation between the quoted frequency and the download volume, and the evaluation model was constructed by principal component analysis. Finally, it conducted the empirical analysis to verify the validity of the model.[Result/conclusion] Through the research and evaluation on the impact of academic papers under the network environment, this paper improves the unity and one-sidedness of traditional academic papers evaluation models,and optimizes the evaluation index system of academic papers.Thus, provides new ideas and methods for related research.
