Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The article collects and analyzes relevant literatures on artificial intelligence research in the field of library and information at home and abroad, in order to understand the current research progress and future research trends of artificial intelligence in the field of library and information, and provide reference and research for academic and industrial research.[Method/process] Using literature analysis and knowledge map visualization method, the origin and development of artificial intelligence research in the field of library and information at home and abroad, domestic and foreign research hotspots and future research trends are compared and visualized.[Result/conclusion] From the perspective of research and development trends, the number of relevant research results at home and abroad is increasing year by year. From the research hotspots, foreign research mainly focuses on the application research of artificial intelligence in information retrieval, social media content classification and sentiment analysis, and knowledge question and answer. Domestic research mainly focuses on artificial intelligence in network public opinion analysis, library intelligent search and recommendation services, and social media network data analysis. From the research trend, future research should focus on the four main directions of artificial intelligence technology application visual search and semantic search, smart library service, social network data mining, and artificial intelligence impact on privacy and security.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper constructs an evaluation model of short video transmission effect, and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent empirical evaluation of short video communication effect.[Method/process] This paper analyzed users from a multi-dimensional perspective, took short-video user-generated content as the starting point, extend to user preferences based on comprehensive information emotional theory, and integrated with content features based on super IP theory. It used literature review and Delphi analysis to summarize the factors affecting short-term frequency communication effect, and used fuzzy set theory DEMATEL model to screen the key influencing factors of the secondary indicators, and a communication effect evaluation model and evaluation index system were constructed.[Result/conclusion] Eleven key influencing factors of short video communication effect were determined, of which the official certification was the most critical factor,the short video communication effect evaluation model and evaluation index system thus constructed provided a certain degree of decision support for the research of short video propagation effects.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper took VR reading user interaction experience as the research object, and constructed a comprehensive, comprehensive and scientific evaluation index system from the interaction process. Combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a set of reliable and operable evaluation methods was formed, and a specific VR reading experience was taken as an example for evaluation research. This research is not only helpful to understand the current development status and content characteristics of VR reading experience, but also can play a guiding and promoting role in the application of VR interactive reading and the development of VR system.[Method/process] Based on the human-computer interaction theory, from five dimensions:the interactive system, interactive content, interactive function, interactive interface design and interactive service subject, the data of this paper were obtained through online and offline questionnaires, and the factor analysis method was used to construct the interactive experience evaluation index system for VR reading users.[Result/conclusion] The empirical research results have shown that the evaluation indicators and evaluation methods constructed in this study are feasible and workable, and can obtain comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation results of users' interactive experience of VR reading.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper systematically combined and analyzed the educational thoughts of information science from Professor Jing Jipeng, which will extend and promote the domestic information science education theory and provide reference for the future innovation and development in information science education.[Method/process] Via systematically reviewing professor Jing Jipeng's information science education thoughts through the research methods of Internet survey, literature collection and qualitative interview, we clarified the formation and development of the thoughts of information science education by professor Jing Jipeng and demonstrated the content system. Also according this, we promoted the enlightenment of Jing Jipeng's information science education thoughts to the future information science education in China.[Result/conclusion] The content system of Jing Jipeng's information science education includes multi-level education system based on Chinese context, modular course system for information major and multi-target training system that meets social needs. Meanwhile, using an international perspective to build a multiple talent training model for information science, continuously promote the reform and innovation of information science courses based on social needs and deepen the multidisciplinary integration education in the direction of information engineering were the inspiration during the study.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper combs Mr.Jing Jipeng's academic thought again, outlines the general picture of his academic thought building, and makes future generations fully understand the essence of his information ecology thought.[Method/process] Through the collection and study of Mr. Jing Jipeng's works and relevant high-level academic papers published in the field of information ecology, as well as the interview with Mr. Jing, Mr. Jing's information ecology thought was divided into 4 stages:the accumulation of ecology thought, the initial establishment of information ecology thought, the formation of information ecology theory system and the development of information ecology thought in depth.[Result/conclusion] From two aspects of theory system and education system, this paper summarizes Mr. Jing's contribution to the information ecology thought, and summarizes four main characteristics of his information ecology thought:innovation, foresight, epochal and sustainable development. Mr. Jing's information ecology thought enriches the information science education system and promotes the development of information science education in China.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Analyzing the effect of answer quality feedback on users' willingness to continue answering questions in social Q&A community can play a guiding role in increasing user stickiness and improving user experience in social Q&A community. [Method/process] The feedback variable of answer quality was extracted from social capital theory and its influence on the willingness of users to continue answering questions was analyzed.The structural equation method was used to analyze the collected questionnaire data to verify the feasibility and superiority of the model. [Result/conclusion] The influence model of answer quality feedback on users' willingness to continue answering questions is constructed.The conclusion shows that the feedback of answer quality has a positive influence on the recognition degree of feedback expectation and the perceived usefulness of feedback.Feedback expectation confirmation positively affects feedback perceived usefulness and feedback satisfaction;feedback perceived usefulness positively affects feedback satisfaction and willingness to continue answering questions;feedback satisfaction also positively affected the willingness to continue answering questions.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Taking online social network as the research object, and through the literature combing to accurately capture the development trend and research hotspots of community discovery, and exploring how to mine hidden communities in large-scale social networks, which has theoretical and practical significance. [Method/process] Using CNKI database, Web of Science core collection and related international conference documents as data sources. The CiteSpace visual analysis tool was used to quantitatively study hotspot keywords, topic evolution paths and co-cited documents. And the topic research content was reviewed from 3 dimensions:community discovery method, algorithm implementation and application practice. [Result/conclusion] There is still much room for development in the current research field. In the future, we should pay attention to optimization and innovation of algorithms, differentiation and expansion of application scenarios, and cross-disciplinary research on interdisciplinary knowledge and cutting-edge technology methods.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] To improve the quality of knowledge aggregation in healthy virtual communities and provide technical method support for virtual healthy community services. [Method/process] The method of spectral clustering was applied to knowledge in the virtual healthy community was extracted, and the semantic similarity matrix of the text was obtained by using the keyword co-occurrence. The spectral clustering was performed according to the text semantic similarity matrix, and the text was aggregated into text clusters. [Result/conclusion] The information published by the doctor’s online health consultation platform was used as a data source for method validation. The results show that when the number of clusters is 5, the proposed method has the highest score. This method of spectral clustering considers the semantic relationship between words, fully exploits the potential information of virtual healthy community, improves the quality of knowledge aggregation, and provides a new way for knowledge aggregation and knowledge service.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The consensus algorithm and decentralization thought of blockchain technology can effectively guarantee the information coordination of social network. Smart multi-information collaborative network for the elderly is one of the specific application scenarios using blockchain technology to ensure social network information collaboration. The application of blockchain technology in this scenario can effectively improve the information collaboration efficiency among multiple participants in the smart senior care, thus bringing convenience to all participants in the smart senior care. [Method/process] In this paper, on the basis of the principle of blockchain technology and combining the features of multivariate information wisdom endowment antipodal built 5 different structure of blockchain structure, namely the pension administrative information sovereignty chain architecture, medical and health information alliance chain architecture, community service information alliance chain architecture private chain architecture, the elderly personal health information about the experience of the medical and health information public chain structure, and on the basis of blockchain across chain technology, the 5 kinds of architecture to assemble the wisdom endowment multivariate information heterogeneous blockchain network. On this basis, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the heterogeneous blockchain network in the aspect of information coordination to the development of China’s smart senior care. [Result/conclusion] Based on the heterogeneous block chain network technology, this paper proposes a smart endowment multi-information cooperation model, which enriches the application scenario of block chain technology.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] During the period of public health emergencies, a large number of Internet rumors have produced and they have adverse effects on society and people's lives. The construction of multi-angle rumor refutation effect evaluation index system can provide corresponding guidance for the governance of Internet rumor in public health emergencies in China.[Method/process] In this paper, the evaluation index system was constructed from four dimensions of the main feature, text features, audience feature and background feature, and the index weight was analyzed by the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The feasibility of the evaluation index system was verified by empirical analysis, combined with the representative event topic of Weibo rumor refusal platform in the early Covid-19 period.[Result/conclusion] Combined with the empirical research results of "Refute Weibo", the strategies to improve the effect of rumor refutation are obtained from three aspects:choosing authoritative and objective rumor refutation subjects and cooperating to refute rumors, paying attention to the framework setting of rumor refutation information media and guiding the psychological consciousness of rumor refutation audiences.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] During public health emergencies, online rumors have serious negative effects and disturb social order. This paper takes the rumors during the COVID-19 as an example to explore the factors that influence the rumor refutation effectiveness, and provide references for rumor refutation in the face of public health emergencies, so as to improve the rumor refutation effectiveness and avoid social risks.[Method/process] In order to explore the factors influencing rumor refutation effectiveness in public health emergencies, this paper adopted the grounded theory, used NVivo 12.0 software to code. In the end, 22 initial concepts, 12 categories and 6 main categories were obtained. On this basis, the interpreting structural model method and MATLAB were used to analyze the relationship between various influencing factors.[Result/conclusion] In this study, based on the coding results, the influential factors of rumor refutation effectiveness are summarized and integrated into three layers, namely subject, information and channel. According to these influential factors, the SIC model analysis framework of the influential factors of rumor refutation effectiveness is constructed to analyze the relationship between the main categories and rumor refutation effectiveness, and the hierarchical structure model of influencing factors of rumor refutation effectiveness is constructed.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Analyzing the types, mutual relationships, community structure, and dissemination effects of the information on the Internet from multiple angles will help to discover the key information subjects and the effective spread of the information on the Internet. It plays an important role in strengthening the guidance of public opinion during public health emergencies and maintaining social stability.[Method/process] The article selected the "Shuanghuanglian" rumors during the new crown pneumonia epidemic, and built a network of rumor-defying subjects through Neo4j, then detected the network community using Louvain algorithm. Through content analysis and regression analysis, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the information content and the strategies of the rumor-defying subjects, and constructed the subject-content two-mode network, to explore how different information subjects and communities promote the dissemination of rumor-refuting information in social media, as well as effective methods and strategies for rumor-refuting.[Result/conclusion] The results of the study found that the government and mass media were the main actors in online rumor-refuting. The government most used the strategy of countering rumors, while the mass media did the opposite. Content characteristics have different effects on the effectiveness of rumor-refuting information dissemination.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] During public health emergencies, due to folks' endogenous demand for health information and lack of scientific knowledge of health information, it stimulates the mass media to spread health information, and also provides opportunities for rumors to publish and spread online rumors. Ineffective scientific knowledge and false news will have a serious negative impact on social stability and disrupt social order during the outbreak of epidemics. Therefore, it is very important to build an effective reversal model of online rumor propagation to control the spread of online rumors and reduce its negative impact.[Method/process] The research adopted the theory of scientific knowledge level and the strategy of online rumors reputation, and constructed the SCNDR online rumor reversal model based on SIR model. The Anylogic software was adopted to simulate the SCNDR model, and the sensitivity analysis of the parameters of the model was carried out.[Result/conclusion] The SCNDR model proposed in this study effectively simulates the reversal process of online rumors during public health emergencies. The key factors affecting the reversal efficiency of online rumors are the penetration rate of users' scientific knowledge level, the public time of official information and the conversion efficiency of credulous users.
