Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Digital transformation has an increasingly deep and strong impact on all aspects of archives management, exploring innovative management of enterprise archives in such context would provide a reference to open up a new path of archive management in line with the digital age. In the context of innovation-driven development and digital transformation, exploring innovative management of enterprise archives can provide a reference for enterprises to open up a new path of archive management in line with the digital age and to achieve reform and innovation of their archives work. [Method/process] According to the characteristics of enterprise archives innovative management under digital transformation, this paper regarded the knowledge-based archive management innovation system as a basis, interpreting the 4 innovation dimensions comprised in this theoretical construct, and further summarizing the related studies to clarify the core points of each innovation dimension. In view of the constraints of institutional innovation and the necessity of process innovation, this paper added the dimension of “process innovation” on the basis of retaining the three original dimensions, including “concept innovation”, “management innovation” and “technology innovation”. Relying on this framework, it explored the concrete practical path of enterprise archives innovation management activities under the background of digital transformation. [Result/ conclusion] It is found that innovative management of enterprise archives can be achieved by four ways in the context of digital transformation, namely moving from traditional management to green management, from absolute control to employee empowerment, from traditional technology to emerging technologies, and from serial processes to integrated processes.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Terminology standards are the basic standards in the field of information and documentation. Exploring the corresponding changes in the digital context can provide directive guidance for the development and transformation of the field of information and documentation.[Method/process] By introducing the background of the revision of the standard, the comparative research method, conceptual analysis method and subject analysis method were used to compare and analyze the frame structure, the format and content of the terms between the terminology standards of ISO5127:2001 and ISO5127:2017.[Result/conclusion] The application of computer and Internet technologies has caused unprecedented changes in the field of information and documentation. The new version of the standard has expanded the new terminology of production, storage, conservation, retrieval, dissemination and research within the context of digital transformation, reflecting the development of information and documentation.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Big data policy is the driving force for the application and development of government big data. Its value orientation analysis can provide a way for the formulation, implementation and evaluation of government big data policies, and provide a basis for the future development direction of big data policies. [Method/process] This paper collected a total of 58 government affairs big data policy texts published by the State Council and its departmental portals. Thematic analysis method was used to encode and analyzed the themes of big data value orientation in the policy texts. The encoding process used NVivo12 software as an auxiliary tool. [Result/conclusion] Through thematic analysis, the overall framework of the big data policy value orientation was constructed. The framework summarized the value orientations of the 5 dimensions of politics, economy, society, ecology, science and technology, and explored the interaction between each dimension and its specific value orientation.
