摘要: Purpose/significance ChatGPT is a chatbot program developed by OpenAI in the United States. A dialog with ChatGPT can provide insights into the theory and practice of think tanks. Method/process Currently, GPT-3.5 offers users a free query quota of 30 queries per day. Chen Yu has engaged in a dialog with ChatGPT on a number of issues related to the theory and practice of think tanks by creating an outline for the dialog. Result/conclusion AI technology, represented by ChatGPT, offers many opportunities for the think tank industry, including enhanced research capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and improved public engagement. However, it also poses challenges related to ethics, expertise, transparency, and workforce adaptability that think tanks need to seriously address. In the age of AI, Chinese think tanks and experts need to keep up with the trend and proactively adopt the AI technology represented by ChatGPT.

摘要: 目的/意义:随着以ChatGPT为代表大语言模型技术的不断发展与变革,使得许多领域的经典场景都重新焕发出新的机会。同时,越来越多的学者开始关注如何将大语言模型的智能化能力与技术应用到现有的场景,并分析这些技术带来的挑战和机遇。 方法/过程:本文以ChatGPT为建模对象,首次将大语言模型技术引入用户图书评分偏好预测这一图情领域的典型应用场景,并落地实践。通过构建基于ChatGPT的用户图书评分预测模型(CUBR, ChatGPT-based model for User Book Rating Prediction),来探索大语言模型技术在图书推荐领域实践和落地的可行性。同时,本文基于图书评分任务的不同评估方案与现有经典推荐模型进行对比,探讨并给出了CUBR在用户图书评分预测场景的优势与劣势,并分析了后续大语言模型在图书推荐其他场景可能的研究机会点。 结果/结论:本文实验研究表明,(1)CUBR模型在现有用户图书评分偏好预测任务上能够取得不错的推荐效果,特别是单样本(One-shot)这类待推荐目标信息较少的情况下,其表现接近或超过当前经典推荐算法,且泛化能力较强,较适用于冷启动推荐场景。(2)随着单个用户提示样本内容的增加(如从One-shot到Ten-shot),CUBR的预估效果会有显著的提升,说明CUBR具备不错的实时上下文学习能力。 局限:本文研究场景仅限于用户图书评分偏好理解与推荐,未来将尝试在更多的图情场景应用和改造现有大语言模型技术,并获得更好的实践效果。

摘要: 目前主流的人工智能,普遍采用注意力机制 + 深度学习+强化学习的技术道路。我们认为强化学习无法适用到那些难以大量试错的领域。所以,要想实现能适用于任何领域的通用人工智能,我们必须转变实现道路。所以,我们提出了一套不同于深度学习+强化学习的机器学习方案,它通过小样本、累积学习,同样实现了和 transformer 相似的注意力机制,也同样创建了全连接知识网络。并且,它不需要采用试错学习的方式,就可以实现和环境的互动决策。并且人类可以给它预置不同的先天需求,来实现多目标平衡,从而实现远高于目前人工智能的安全性。在本文中,我们提出了一套从0 到1 的新机器学习技术方案。

摘要: 目的 知识可视化是知识社会重要的知识再生产工具,其设计研究反映了人们对新形式知识创造的努力探索。 方法 研究借助文献计量分析工具Vosview和Citespace 以及自主梳理方法,以知识可视化设计为关键词对1985-2022年间国内外文献进行检索和分析。 结果 解析了知识可视化国际设计研究发展的辩证历程和国内研究的现状。 局限 研究认为知识可视化领域需要一个普遍的框架来协调大量碎片化的研究. 结论 知识可视化设计应进一步丰富研究层次多元化设计者的认识视角,设计应以唯物辩证法把握发展趋势清晰设计研究道路。

摘要: Purpose: Move recognition in scientific abstracts is an NLP task of classifying sentences of the abstracts into different types of language unit. To improve the performance of move recognition in scientific abstracts, a novel model of move recognition is proposed that outperforms BERT-Base method. Design: Prevalent models based on BERT for sentence classification often classify sentences without considering the context of the sentences. In this paper, inspired by the BERT's Masked Language Model (MLM), we propose a novel model called Masked Sentence Model that integrates the content and contextual information of the sentences in move recognition. Experiments are conducted on the benchmark dataset PubMed 20K RCT in three steps. And then compare our model with HSLN-RNN, BERT-Base and SciBERT using the same dataset. Findings: Compared with BERT-Base and SciBERT model, the F1 score of our model outperforms them by 4.96% and 4.34% respectively, which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the novel model and the result of our model comes closest to the state-of-the-art results of HSLN-RNN at present. Research Limitations: The sequential features of move labels are not considered, which might be one of the reasons why HSLN-RNN has better performance. And our model is restricted to dealing with bio-medical English literature because we use dataset from PubMed which is a typical bio-medical database to fine-tune our model. Practical implications: The proposed model is better and simpler in identifying move structure in scientific abstracts, and is worthy for text classification experiments to capture contextual features of sentences. Originality: The study proposes a Masked Sentence Model based on BERT which takes account of the contextual features of the sentences in abstracts in a new way. And the performance of this classification model is significantly improved by rebuilding the input layer without changing the structure of neural networks.

摘要: [目的]拓展以物种为中心的生物多样性知识抽取框架,探索实现语义知识抽取方法。[方法]结合当前生物多样性抽取的主流研究,以物种为中心,设计包含多种实体及实体间关系的知识抽取框架,利用已有的众多专业数据库,设计并实现相应的识别方法。[结果]设计了以物种为核心的知识抽取框架,探索实现了多种实体及实体间关系的语义知识抽取方法,拓展了生物多样性领域抽取内容和思路。[局限]本研究实体识别的完整性和准确性受底层知识库影响较大,且实体间关系的类型局限于共现、上下位类、语法关系几类,还需进一步研究。[结论] 拓展了生物多样性领域抽取内容和思路,可有效支持后续的语义检索、科学计算。

摘要: Open Access academic paper has become important measures of the world's leading countries which promote knowledge sharing, collaborative open innovation, economic growth and inclusive development. Moreover, Open Sharing of academic papers founded by public funding projects has become the consensus of the world’s leading countries, and an important requirement is to deposit those papers in the open access IRs which are attribute to funder and authors’ institute. But the situation of institutional repository in China is serious, such as poorer deposit awareness, incomplete or incorrect submitted data and so on. It affects the development and perfection of China Open Access and open sharing mechanism. Though RJ-Broker can assist and promote to solve problems above, it is mainly related to European PMC data and located abroad. In order to better solve those problems, National Science Library of CAS, as a leader institute of this study in China, with hundreds of Research institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences as demonstration, and reference to the OA-RJ model, constructed a pushing and routing services of Chinese academic papers, namely iSwitch, implementing automatic deposit. It can help institutes and funders to construct their IRs effectively and promote academic papers utilization by others openly. After iSwitch service is released publicly, it has routed more than 360,000 paper metadata pushed by Web of Science and some experimental Open Access paper data from other publishers to CAS IRs. Now it is a stable service to exchange WOS update data and other publisher data. Besides, with the help of iSwitch, Web of Science has linked full-text link of CAS IR papers since 27, July, 2015.
