Abstract： [Purpose/significance] It is of great significance for the study of social network information ecology and information recommendation to accurately grasp the interest tendency of social network users and classify users into highly aggregated user groups.[Method/process] In this paper, by constructing the user attributes describe hierarchical model based on multi-dimensional, according to the model data requirements fetching user sample data from Sina microblog, quantify the secondorder variable based on the multi-dimensional property of the users' background information, users' blog information and user behavior information to construct user vector expression, comparing the classification results based on single dimension and the multi-dimensional, given different weights to attribute for weighted analysis, when achieve the optimal clustering results, based it do variance analysis to improve the model.[Result/conclusion] User clustering effect based on the multi-dimensional attribute weighting is significantly better than the user clustering effect based on the single-dimensional and under the condition of the multidimensional unweighted, and users microblog content dimension for improving the validity of user clustering effect is the largest.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper explores the operation mode of industrial think tank alliance after the construction of it before in the state that it's unable to provide more comprehensive services and meet diversified demands because of its single operation mode.[Method/process] This paper builds the operation mode of industrial think tank alliance based on the idea of synergistic innovation from three aspects, that is, the growth path, the output mode and the service mode. The growth path includes the initial stage, growth stage and maturity stage. The output mode includes problem oriented, project oriented, public product oriented and foresight oriented output mode while the service mode includes service content and service object.[Result/conclusion] During different periods, industrial think tank alliance offers corresponding pluralistic service under different output mode and service mode, promotes its development and finally realizes its value.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The development of industrial think tank alliance faces many problems, including unitary subject, incomplete service type and function, unbalanced supply and demand. So, we try to build and improve industrial think tanks alliance from the concept of synergistic innovation and the perspective of multiple subjects and to better realize its value.[Method/process] From the perspective of supply side, demand side and integration, this paper explored the construction of industrial think tank alliance from the local to the whole by using the theory of system integration and synergistic innovation. Then, it explained the safeguard countermeasure of industrial think tank alliance from the aspects of policy and system, capital, talent and technology, public opinion and service.[Result/conclusion] This paper constructs industrial think tank alliance including elements layer, organization layer, operational layer, service layer and target layer. In addition, it promotes the development of industry through the interaction of target synergy, organization synergistic innovation, operation synergistic innovation and service synergistic innovation.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Though in-depth research on the status of service to dyslexia groups in domestic and foreign libraries, the paper analyzes the current problems and provides viable advice on public library services for people with dyslexia.[Method/process] Literature, interviews, and online surveys were used to investigate the service status of dyslexia groups in public libraries in Europe, America, and parts of Asia, and in provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities in China.[Result/conclusion] The survey results show that there is a large gap between the service to dyslexia groups provided by the provincial public libraries in China and those of foreign countries, and the service consciousness and attention should be improved urgently. Libraries should pay more attention to the dyslexia group and improve their services for them, then give them more help.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the sudden emergence of shallow reading in the new media environment, it is even gradually presenting a tendency that people become increasingly addicted to this way of reading. However, driving deep reading is a crucial issue to maintain the balance of reading state as well as beneficial to reading promoting.[Method/process] This paper discusses the differences between deep reading and shallow reading from the perspective of cognition, and believes that the differences between the two lies in the different completeness of the schematic chain in reading. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the trigger for deep reading, and puts forward three driving factors including expectation, logic and recurrence to design a deep reading drive. Then, a controlled experiment was designed to verify the validity of the model.[Result/conclusion] The experiment results show that the addition of certain interference factors can promote the deep reading and the reading effect of readers' is improved collectively after applying the deep reading drive model and it has general applicability to some extent.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Along with the increasing advance of the modern digital technology, digital reading has become the main reading mode. Through comparison and analysis of digital reading and paper reading, this paper clarifies the relationship between digital reading and paper reading, and provides reference for optimizing the digital resource construction and reading promotion service in our country.[Method/process] This paper reviews the literature on digital reading and paper reading in foreign countries, and finds that there are three clusters resulting from comparative study. They are reading preference, reading comprehension and reading experience. Therefore, the paper is analyzed in detail from these three aspects.[Result/conclusion] The foreign literatures mainly use the methods of experiment, questionnaire survey, depth interview, eye-tracking measures and electroencephalogram (EEG) to study the characteristics and differences of digital reading and paper reading. Digital reading and paper reading in different aspects present their own unique advantages and regularities. In the digital age, the two parties should complement each other. This paper puts forward the enlightenment to China's related research and library reading promotion service.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The paper explored the influencing factors of digital reading intention in all ages, and provided theoretical basis for personalized services of digital reading promotion.[Method/process] Taking the definition of "digital natives" as the basis for age stratification, and Shannon's information theory and related theories of reading psychology as the basis for constructing digital reading intention, the paper used questionnaire and the structural equation model to analyze the differences in age factors that affect the intention of digital reading.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the influence factors of digital reading intention are different in age, and the intention is affected by the characteristics of source, motivation and information content, then digital reading extension service can combine these differences to provide personalized services for readers of all ages.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]This paper simulates the reading situation and environment of paper reading and digital reading in reality to observe and test the difference of reading effect between digital reading and paper reading,in order to provide reference for library reading service and reading resource construction.[Method/process] This study uses the middle-length science popularization article as an example to compare the differences between paper reading and digital reading from the perspective of reading comprehension and immersive experience using the control group experiment method.[Result/conclusion] Users' reading comprehension effect of paper reading is better than that of digital reading in the reading of middle-length popular science articles, but there is no significant difference in reading immersive experience. Users' reading immersion experience is related to education and personality. The library's reading service and resource construction should be based on the reader's personalized analysis and service.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By grasping the relationship between department nodes in the smart government network, we can find the important nodes and the law of data interconnection, which is helpful to solve the core difficult problem of cross-department information collaboration in smart government.[Method/process] From the perspective of citizen-oriented government business process, local neighbor network, a special and complex network, was constituted with the information flow formed by the provision and acceptance of government materials. Taking "Shenzhen government online" as an example, this paper visualized the local nearest neighbor network structure of Shenzhen government affairs, calculates the assortativity coefficient, measures the vulnerability of department nodes, and established the department priority and department cluster.[Result/conclusion] The study found that the local nearest neighbor network of smart government in Shenzhen has homogeneity, which provides more support for information flow compared with the heterogeneity network. In the process of constructing and sharing database, the focus should be on the departments with strong node vulnerability, and give priority to the departments with high correlation so as to stabilize the government network and promote the coordinated development of smart government. The research method of this paper is also suitable for analyzing the structure and characteristics of other urban smart government networks.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper creates a social media resource aggregation model based on user portraits, provides a reference for resource aggregation, and enriches and expands its theoretical research system.[Method/process] Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation and algorithm of user portraits, and mapping relationship between them, the models of user portraits and resource portraits are constructed based on social media. The social media-based user portraits and resource portraits are studied by using the social labeling system method. Based on the domain ontology method, through the deep mining of data and the principle of resource aggregation, a social media internal resource aggregation model and an external resource aggregation model based on resource portraits are constructed.[Result/conclusion] In the era of big data, relevant theories and methods based on user portraits and resource portraits can provide new ideas for resource aggregation of social media.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence, the research of user portraits has quietly emerged. Reviewing and combing the research status has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the long-term development of user portraits. [Method/process] Based on China Knowledge Network (CNKI) database, Emerald and Web of Science English database, the paper used Citespace, Vosviwer and other visualization tools to analyze quantitatively the current user image research in the library and information field, in terms of research institutions, cited journals, research hotspots and the density of hotspots, etc. The paper also used the mind map to elaborate on the research theme, research algorithms and techniques, model construction and the practice and application of user portraits of user portraits in the field of library and information at home and abroad. [Result/conclusion] As an emerging research tool, the research on user portraits in China is still weak, which has a large space for exploration. The future research of user portraits should focus on:broadening the research theme of user portraits, paying attention to the behavior analysis of user portraits and optimizing the research model of user portraits.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The evaluation of the influence of WeChat official accounts can help enterprises to objectively judge the value of WeChat official accounts, and instruct the media of WeChat to take effective measures to improve their influence. [Method/process] Based on information entropy theory, the theoretical model and mathematical model of WeChat official accounts influence evaluation are constructed, and 4 876 WeChat official accounts are taken as samples to carry out an empirical study. Compared with the Qing Bo index and the new index, finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the influence of WeChat official accounts. [Result/conclusion] The model is complete and rich in variable evaluation. It can amend the data deviation of the influence of the article fraud, and the effect of evaluation is better, and it can reflect the value of the WeChat official accounts more.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to prevent the outbreak of micro-blog false public opinion to the serious consequences of society, the paper categorized the key nodes in micro-blog, to stop the nodes that maliciously incite the masses' emotions in time, and prevent more micro-blog users from being misled, and guide the micro-blog users by different ways of thinking. So as to better purify the micro-blog public opinion environment. [Method/process] The paper used super network and dynamic network analysis method to identify key nodes. Through analyzing their sentiment tendency, different leading strategies were finally provided. [Result/conclusion] There are five kinds of key nodes in the life cycle of micro-blog public opinion. Ideological guidance can be divided into intelligent guidance and wisdom guidance.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Exploring topical communities and sentiment fluctuations of Internet users and grasping the process of development of events have great significance to control the development direction of the events and lead guidance of the network public opinion in the new period. [Method/process] Based on the theory of complex networks, the study constructed sub event network based on co-occurrence relations among user comments, identifying topic community in sub-event commenting networks through community discovery algorithms and giving the attribute to emotion word according to the emotional dictionary. The study dynamically tracked the opinions and emotions of Internet users based on the evolution process of events. [Result/conclusion] The conclusion showed that the commenting network community discovery and coefficient of variation method can effectively measure the scale and concentration of Internet users' topic discussion; emotional word sentiment classification attribute method can reflect the emotional changes of Internet users in the process of event evolution; the derived topic of public opinion has a continuous influence on the development of the event public opinion; the content of the topic discussion of Internet users has some foresight to the evolution of the event.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By investigating the reading status and reading level of orphan students, this paper analyzes the problems of orphans in reading, and puts forward the modes and strategies of serving orphans and other disadvantaged groups under the framework of the "reading cycle" theory.[Method/process] Questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the reading status of orphan students and ordinary students in Jilin province. Statistical software was used to analyze whether there were significant differences in reading level between orphan students and ordinary students.[Result/conclusion] Through investigation and research, it is found that orphan students have strong reading enthusiasm, but they are faced with the problems of insufficient reading resources, lacking experience in book selection and effective feedback. Their reading speed and reading comprehension ability are significantly different from their peers. Libraries and other reading service organizations and reading assistants should promote the services for orphans and other disadvantaged groups from three aspects:book selection, reading and response.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The pursuit of high-quality content production or knowledge payment context construction is always an important judgement that knowledge payment platform needs to face. This study is to provide guidance for the construction of knowledge payment platform and the optimization of knowledge marketing strategy.[Method/process] It explored the main factors and antecedent configuration that affect online users' knowledge payment behavior, and analyzed the complex influence mechanism of "content", "context" and users' "identification" on users' knowledge payment behavior by qualitative comparative analysis.[Result/conclusion] According to the typical path of empirical analysis, we found:①configuration of "content context identification" (CCC) linkage matching can activate the research framework and drive online users to choose to generate "behavior";② the "content quality * content utility * legalization" in paid products is the core condition of users' demand response, and the "group norms" in paid situations is a sufficient condition for users' knowledge diffusion behavior;③ there are 5 kinds of complex solutions with high explanatory power, which have different effects and the overall benefits on the behavior of knowledge payment between online transaction researchers' perspective and this paper's;④ different from the conclusions of many literatures, limited cognition can be the supporting factor of user behavior decision, while involved cognition can be the variable of coordination in configuration, which needs to be combined with specific situational factors to facilitate user selection; ⑤there is an equivalent substitution effect of "results are equal but benefits are not equal" between the collocations of different participation conditions, and the specific conditions and their combinations can promotes the behavior of knowledge payment over equivalent substitution.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Major emergencies are an important part of the overall national security concept. In order to respond to major emergencies more quickly and efficiently and reduce the threats to national security, social stability, and people's lives and properties, this article proposes to construct major event knowledge graph, it reveals the law and logic of the evolution of major emergencies, and can assist relevant departments in responding to and making decisions on major emergencies.[Method/process] This paper selected media reports, research reports and academic papers of the COVID-19 epidemic that had a wide range of international attention and influence, and used ontology construction and pattern matching methods for event extraction and event relationship extraction, to construct an affair map of major emergencies, and to analyze the affair knowledge and transmission paths of the evolution of the event.[Result/conclusion] The research results show that the affair map of major emergencies can reveal the evolution logic and laws of major emergencies, and then grasp the development context of events from a macro level, and provide scientific and accurate basis for the response and management of major emergencies.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the rapid development of medical informatization, traditional medical information security protection has problems such as data loss and difficulty in sharing. In order to protect health and medical big data better, this paper proposes the construction of a medical blockchain model for the security protection of healthcare big data to solve the problems of centralized storage, untraceability, and vulnerability, and provides solutions for further promoting the application of blockchain technology in the field of health care.[Method/process] This paper built a health care big data information security protection model and system architecture based on blockchain technology, ensured that the medical blockchain data can not be tampered through the PBFT consensus algorithm, and ensured the safety of personal medical information through asymmetric encryption technology, then encouraged all nodes to join the medical blockchain through an incentive mechanism.[Result/conclusion] Compared with the previous medical information protection methods, the health care big data information security protection model based on blockchain technology has the advantages of data traceability, tamper resistance, equal sharing of information, security and credibility, etc. It can promote the development of health care digitalization better.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] TCM medical case is an important carrier to record the diagnosis and treatment data. It is of great significance for TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge sharing, analysis and inheritance to collect medical case data based on metadata and form a data set.[Method/process] We selected and determined of TCM medical case metadata, and referred to the relational database for the conceptual and logical design of the data set, collected, organized and stored TCM medical case data based on case description to form the method of data set.[Result/conclusion] Network and field diagnosis and treatment data collection were conducted based on relatively complete TCM medical case metadata. The formed TCM diagnosis and treatment data set can not only support multi-dimensional diagnosis and treatment information retrieval, but also provide data sources for further diagnosis and treatment data analysis and mining.

The research on the standardization of TCM terminology for TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base is conducive to improving the quality of medical case data information in TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base and promoting TCM culture.[Method/process] This paper determined the scope of terms extraction and selection in TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base, constructed the structure of terms standard file, and put forward the strategy of word meaning control according to the problems existing in terms standard, and explained the process of terms extraction and standard file establishment with specific example.[Result/conclusion] The standardization of terms based on TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base can greatly improve the utilization efficiency of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base, and promote the modernization and internationalization of TCM.
