Abstract：[ 目的 / 意义 ] 旨在系统介绍南京大学叶继元教授出版的著作《学术“全评价”体系论》，并对 其进行深入评价，以帮助读者更好地理解该书特色。[ 方法 / 过程 ] 首先从国家战略需求角度评价该书的战 略价值，然后深入剖析该书的结构和主要内容，以此总结全书的特色、贡献与影响。[ 结果 / 结论 ] 该书构 建了以六大要素、三个维度和六大推论等组成的学术“全评价”体系，是作者 10 余年在学术“全评价”领 域深耕的成果。该体系高度契合国家繁荣发展哲学社会科学的重大战略需求，具有重要的理论价值和现实 指导意义。

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Comparing the changes of APP privacy policy before and after the implementation of the Personal Information Protection Law can effectively evaluate its impact and limitations, and provide reference for subsequent relevant laws, regulations and policies. [Method/Process] This paper collected the changes in the privacy policy of the top 30 APPs in user activity in the first half of 2021, analyzed whether they were affected by the Personal Information Protection Law, encoded and analyzed the changes affected by the influence by using the coding method of constructivist grounded theory, compared them with the content of the Personal Information Protection Law, and verified the conclusion with the unchanged APP privacy policy. [Result/Conclusion] The research showed that with the implementation of the Personal Information Protection Law, a large number of Apps had revised their privacy policies, significantly increasing the right to copy information, the right to consent to sensitive information, etc., but not all provisions had brought significant impact. Some provisions lacked of coercive force and detailed standards, and had not reflected significant changes in the privacy policy. Accordingly, this paper put forward the optimization strategy and focus of follow-up laws and regulations.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper conducts a systematic review of the knowledge graph research in the field of digital humanities, aiming to provide possible future research directions and open research topics. [Method/process] By taking relevant paper published in domestic and foreign conferences and journals as the research objects and using the comprehensive induction method, the theoretical and practical development of the knowledge graph in the field of digital humanities was systematically combed. Then it explained the related concepts of the knowledge graph in the field of digital humanities. And according to the current research hot spots, this paper revealed its research trends from three aspects of the data resource construction, key construction technologies and intelligent application platforms. Finally, it showed the prospects for future research trends. [Result/conclusion] This paper summarized the future trends of the knowledge graph research in the field of digital humanities. In the future, it will show the development trends of multi-source data integration, multi-modal knowledge fusion and multi-disciplinary crossapplication.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This research explores the relationship between the health information search behaviors of college students and the spatiotemporal situation of public health emergencies, in order to reveal the coupling characteristics of users’ health information search behaviors and public health emergencies. [Method/process] Using mobile experience sampling method and key event method to collect 380 college students’ health information search diary data as research samples, the process of user information search (information sources selection, information search patterns) and results (information utilization methods, health awareness and emotional perception) in public health emergencies were the entry points, and spatiotemporal characteristics of health information search in the context of public health events of college students were statistically analyzed. [Result/conclusion] The spatiotemporal coupling characteristics of user health information search results of college students in public health emergencies are obvious. The combined using way of health information search and changes in health consciousness of college students both show significant differences in time and space distribution. In the outbreak period and high-risk areas, users prefer to sharing information offline while self-use, and the level of health awareness changes is relatively high. In the duration period and low and medium risk areas, users prefer to share online while self-use, and the level of health awareness changes is relatively low. Although the single using way of information and emotional perception do not show significant differences in time and space distribution, the single using way of information spatiotemporal coupling characteristics are still reflected in descriptive data. The search process of college students’ health information shows normalized features such as users’ habitual use of mobile devices as information sources and preference information encounters. This research reveals the spatiotemporal contextual characteristics of health information search behaviors in emergencies, which helps the information service department in-depth grasp the law of information behavior changes in different periods and regions of public health emergencies and improve accurate information services level.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Synchronous online courses are widely adopted as an important method in online education. In order to improve the teaching quality and increase students’ satisfaction in synchronous online courses, this paper based on the transactional distance theory, explored the mechanism of the impact of dialogue, structure and interaction distance on student satisfaction in synchronous online courses, and whether the different course types would lead to different results. [Method/process] For an empirical test of our research model, we collected data from individuals via online channels. Our questionnaires were distributed to students from Wuhan University and other universities. [Result/ conclusion] The results show that in synchronous online courses, dialogue and structure both have a significant impact on satisfaction. Among them, the interaction distance plays a partial mediating role between dialogue and satisfaction, and the course types play a moderating role in the relationship between dialogue and interaction distance. Therefore, designers and teachers of online learning platforms should pay attention to the importance of interaction in the dimension of dialogue and structure. Platform designers should promote the user’s use of interactive functions by enhancing the convenience and flexibility of using interactive functions in the platform. Teachers should consciously strengthen interactions in the course. At the same time, they should also focus on the development of two interactions in the dialogue dimension in different types of online courses.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Different from the rapid development of the Internet, the development of personal information security protection is relatively lagging. By predicting the gender of social media users, it can better provide privacy protection for the users. [Method/process] The short texts posted by users in social media, Sina Weibo, were taken as the research object. The experiment extracted linguistic features and topic features from the short texts. For each user, we constructed features vector based on linguistic features, topic features, and the superposition of two features, then used SVM Machine learning algorithms built a classifier for gender prediction. [Result/conclusion] Experiments show that the linguistic features and topic features can predict the gender of the users accurately, and the effect is superior to other features used in gender prediction.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Scientometrics and informetrics respectively belong to science of science and information science, and they have coincidence in theory, methods and technology applications. The analysis of the similarities and differences between these two can help to deepen understanding, and help to accurately grasp the meaning and direction of the relevant terms. [Method/process] This paper collected the samples of scientometrics and informetrics from the aspects of representative journals and keyword retrieval. It also compared the similarities and differences of the distribution of publications and cooperation between the two subjects from the perspective of states, organizations and authors, clustering keywords to analyze the similarities and differences of subject structures between the two subjects. The citation behavior and knowledge flow of these two were compared from the perspectives of literature co-citation, author cocitation, journal co-citation and subject overlay diagram. [Result/conclusion] It is found that although the studies of scientometrics and informetrics are similar in general, there are many differences in detail.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The development of academic blogs is closely related to the use of users. The paper explores the user value which guides users to use academic blogs, and analyzes the relationship among user values. [Method/process] Based on Woodruff’s customer value hierarchical model, the paper conducted semi-structured interviews with 10 ScienceNet blog’ users through the laddering theory, and then encoded the interview content. [Result/conclusion] This paper creates the comprehensive correlation matrix of customer value of ScienceNet blog, and builds the user value hierarchy model. It also finds four value chains: blog writing--accomplishment, blog reading--academic communication, recommendation-- communication effect, mutual friendship--academic communication.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Enterprise opportunity recognition is one of the key factors affecting enterprise production and innovation. In the process of technology opportunity identification, the fitness between enterprise and technological opportunity affects whether technological opportunity can enter the utilization stage from the cognitive stage. Analyzing the influential factors of entrepreneurial fitness will help companies achieve technical opportunity recognition. [Method/process] This paper adopted the method of literature review and focused on group interviews. It designed the survey scale and the questionnaire on the entrepreneurial fitness in technology opportunity identification. Then, by using the SPSS 21.0, it analyzed collected data. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the entrepreneurial fitness can be analyzed from two dimensions of enterprise innovation ability and enterprise knowledge sharing ability in the technology opportunity recognition process. After the principal component analysis, four first-order variables are created in the category of enterprise innovation ability and three first-order variables were created in the category of the enterprise knowledge sharing ability. In summary, the factor structure of entrepreneurial fitness in the enterprise opportunity recognition is obtained.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Information security is an important factor for cloud storage of academic information resources to store in the cloud. Effective information security assurance framework and control measures can provide recommendations for cloud storage service providers to improve their storage services, and it can also offer references for users to choose cloud storage service platforms.[Method/process] Based on the security requirement analysis of academic information resources stored in the cloud,this paper built a security deployment framework and a security operation framework for academic information resources to store in cloud. Then, this paper researched the protection and control measures for academic information resources to store in the cloud from five aspects of application security assurance, virtualization security assurance, and infrastructure security assurance, data security assurance, and content security assurance. Application security assurance includes user identity authentication, user identity management, access control, application program and interface security. Virtualization security assurance includes security domain isolation, user data isolation and multi-tenant management. The infrastructure security assurance includes cloud storage facility security, physical environment security and network security. Data security assurance includes data encryption, data integrity verification, data assured deletion, data backup and recovery and data migration. Content security assurance includes content security detection and content security control.[Result/conclusion] The security deployment framework can provide a reference for the security deployment of the academic information resource to store in the cloud. The security operation framework reveales the security assurance elements and security process for the academic information resources to storage in the cloud. The security prevention and control measures provide the security technology strategy for academic information resources to store in the cloud.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Although previous studies have examine the influencing factors of users' information-seeking in social Q&A communities, current knowledge about the impact of the configurations of these factors on users' information-seeking is limited.[Method/process] To fill this gap, this study uses a mixed methods combining the regression analysis and qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) to explore the configurations of the factors that exert a profound effect on users' information-seeking in social Q&A communities.[Result/conclusion] This study show that the findings from the analysis by using regression analysis contribute to exploring what factors may affect users' information-seeking; whereas the findings from the analysis by using QCA contribute to understanding the configurations of these influencing factors of users' information-seeking.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Along with the increasing advance of the modern digital technology, digital reading has become the main reading mode. Through comparison and analysis of digital reading and paper reading, this paper clarifies the relationship between digital reading and paper reading, and provides reference for optimizing the digital resource construction and reading promotion service in our country.[Method/process] This paper reviews the literature on digital reading and paper reading in foreign countries, and finds that there are three clusters resulting from comparative study. They are reading preference, reading comprehension and reading experience. Therefore, the paper is analyzed in detail from these three aspects.[Result/conclusion] The foreign literatures mainly use the methods of experiment, questionnaire survey, depth interview, eye-tracking measures and electroencephalogram (EEG) to study the characteristics and differences of digital reading and paper reading. Digital reading and paper reading in different aspects present their own unique advantages and regularities. In the digital age, the two parties should complement each other. This paper puts forward the enlightenment to China's related research and library reading promotion service.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This article sorted out and commented on the representative achievements in the history of the library science education of the United States and some other developed countries in the world, aiming at a better understanding of the issues concerned in the history of the library science education in foreign countries, and providing experiences that can be drawn on by our country.[Method/process] Based on an overview of the foreign databases and online literature, this article selected and analyzed the core studies of the related topics. With the focus on the literature commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the library science education in the 1980s, this article analyzed the research of the history of the library science education in the U.S as well as in other countries.[Result/conclusion] The concept of "modern history" was obviously revealed in the reviewed literature of the library science education in foreign countries. The currently existing problems and the future development of the library science education were considered through the review of the history of the library science education. In this study, more attention was paid to the collection and the use of historical data and historical facts. Meanwhile, the concept of "history of great education" was advocated, and various forms of the library science education were put into the research scope of the library science education history.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Policy is the essential element in the ecosystem of open government data. This article reviews the extent research of open government data (OGD) policy in China and provides guidelines for academic community.[Method/process] The systematic review is adopted to sort out and summarize relevant research related to OGD policies, thus existing research is evaluated comprehensively and research agenda is proposed to move policy research forward.[Result/conclusion] Findings show that OGD policy research focuses on three themes:open data policy environment, open data formulation, and open data policy implementation. Limitations of extant research:most researches focus on foreign empirical research, and less focus on policy in China; research is more fragmentary and abstract, and lack of systematicness and specificity. Research direction in the future:we should conduct in-depth research on open data policy system, especially data asset management policies, relevant mechanisms for policy implementation, e.g. coordination mechanism, participation mechanism and monitoring mechanism, and the adaptability of existing policies.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] An in-depth systematic analysis of information encounter behavior can promote academic innovation in this field and application innovation in related information services.[Method/process] Using CNKI and Web of Science as data sources, a systematic review method was used to analyze the most representative 41 literatures in the field. In the research section of the knowledge vein, this paper systematically analyzed and summarized the theoretical models, research methods and influencing factors. In the forefront perspective, the process of encountering information is broken down into three stages:before encounter, during encounter, and after encounter. Then, the paper summed up the study of encountering follow-up behavior.[Result/conclusion] Information encounter behavior is the result of the combined effects of information, individuals, technology, and the environment. The use of encounter information is currently a research hotspot. Research on information encounter based on the information search process chain, research based on the mobile Internet, research based on objective data, and cross-discipline research are hot topics that are feasible in the future.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Social tag is one of the hot topic in the field of library and information science in China. In recent years of the development process, the research of social tags expands to information quality, information retrieve, information recommendation, and some other research areas in LIS. The study or discussion on the research progress of tags in LIS will serve as a theoretical underpinning for the research on social tags in future.[Method/process] By analyzing the papers in the field of library and information science during the year 2010 to 2017 with CiteSpace, this paper visualizes the hot topics, development process and general tendency of research on social tags, and described the theme in detail from five points of practical application, including information analysis, quality assessment, information recommendation, and information retrieve.[Result/conclusion] Based on the situation and problems of social tags' research, some relevant suggestions are proposed, including expanding the research scopes of social tags in the field of ontology and information retrieve, emphasizing user-centered design to meet the personalized needs, applying the theoretical fruit into practice, and so on.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Empirical research is an important part of users' online health information help-seeking behaviour research, and its in-depth analysis can promote the application innovation and pattern innovation of online health information service. [Method/process] This paper takes CNKI and Web of Science as the data source to obtain the representative research documents. Systematic review method is used to comb the related empirical research literature of users' online health information help-seeking behaviour both at home and abroad. [Result/conclusion] Existing studies have initially formed a framework of knowledge systems. However, there are still many research gaps. The influencing factors mainly include internal factors (help-seeking items, help-seeker factors), external factors (information environment, social environment, aid provider factors), mediators (help-seeking demands, cognitive factors), and moderators (demographic factors). In the future, focusing on research foundation, mining influencing factors, paying attention to outcome variables, and promoting data-driven research will be the focus and hotspot.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] To provide reference to digital preservation of China, this paper analyzes the development of Digital Preservation Awards (DPA) in the UK. [Method/process] This article tries to introduce and study DPA in five sub topics with network surveys and literature surveys. [Result/conclusion] Four enlightenments are proposed: ①research on digital preservation and foster talents in digital preservation research; ②maintain the integrity of digital memory; ③call for the establishment of relevant societies, and improve the social awareness;④take advantage of the advanced research results, share the results and participate in national and international cooperation actively.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] When fostering the development of public libraries, there are plenty of issues that should be taken into consideration including the ways of utilizing open data to explore innovative public service, combine the development of public libraries with the urban prosperity, enhance the connection between libraries and the society and strengthen the influences of libraries on society.[Method/process] Through the analysis of the open data service practice of foreign public libraries, we found that its services have the following characteristics:provide more abundant data resources, use open data to improve service efficiency, develop new data service products, collaborate in multiple ways, build open data using ecological environment, and promote public data literacy.[Result/conclusion] China's public libraries should improve the level of open data services from the following aspects:improve the construction of open data resources, establish awareness of innovative services, provide services that meet the needs of the public, strengthen cooperation with other institutions, and strengthen data literacy education.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Bibliometrics, Scientometrics, Informetrics, Webometrics and Knowledgometrics are known as Five Metrics and the important aspect of information science. The analysis of Five Metrics is conducive to the further development of the metric research through literature theme and quantitative analysis. This paper carefully summaries the evolution process and condition of Five Metrics in China in order to provide guidance for further research.[Method/process] This paper designs Six-dimensional framework and conducts research on data from scientific payoffs, scientific research fund, course education, talents and organization, scientific evaluation and software tools. Besides, this paper draws thematic evolution map through Citespace to analyze evolutionary process and development status of each branch of Five Metrics.[Result/conclusion] The conclusions of this paper are:a) Chinese influence in Five Metrics are increasing, and data collection according to six-dimensional framework shows an advancing trend; b) Chinese Five Metrics research are more innovative than before, more attention has been paid to methodology and application, and Chinese database and software have been designed; c) Five Metrics in China shows a characteristic of subject overlapping, including imitation and application of other subjects; d) The objects of Five Metric are gradually enriching; e) The unit of metrics is more fine-grained from bibliography to knowledge.
