Abstract： Purpose/significance The author is responsible for document delivery work on the Jiangsu Engineering Technology Literature Information Center platform where mechanical repetitive operations account for a large proportion, seriously encroaching on work time. Moreover, the literature requirement is 24 hours, and as a duty librarian, it can only be transmitted within a limited time, making it difficult to ensure the timeliness of transmission. So, the author attempts to develop a document delivery robot to automate the completion of document delivery work. Method/process The paper takes the Jiangsu Engineering Technology Literature Information Center platform as an example, based on the Selenium framework, designs and develops a document delivery robot, which realizes the entire process of logging in, checking in, obtaining orders, searching, downloading, uploading, completing literature transfer, and then continuing to wait for dispatching. Result/conclusion After a month of operation analysis, it was found that although the document delivery robot cannot completely replace manual delivery, it can effectively solve the high proportion of mechanical repetitive work in the literature delivery process, improve the delivery efficiency, and expand the service time, allowing the delivery librarians to have more energy to solve difficult to find literature such as special literature. Finally, document delivery robots also have reference significance for the field of document delivery and other related scenarios.

Although the reasons for the "frozen conflicts" are different, and the degree of Western involvement in each conflict is also different, in many cases Russia is the object of Western officials and scholars to blame. In fact, the concept of "frozen conflicts" is a "discourse trap" with inherent shortcomings. Abstract： The popularization of audio and video channels and models in the era of integrated media has become a cultural phenomenon with the gradual deep integration of the internet and universal reading. In the paper, the author draws on the theoretical and practical experience of promoting audio and video reading in libraries of other domestic universities and universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through questionnaire surveys, online surveys, and database searches, meanwhile, analyze the current situation of audio and video reading promotion in university libraries at the sight of the empowerment of integrated media. For make it clearer, the author takes the reading promotion of "Meeting Librarians by Taoli Lake" in Inner Mongolia University Library as an example to do further exploration on the problems, manages to find out the optimization strategies and methods in reading promotion and information dissemination in university libraries .

Abstract： This paper argues that open science practice should be carried out with the idea of Chinese path to modernization. The core connotation of Chinese path to modernization includes following the general law of modernization, conforming to the reality of the country, having its own characteristics, and the only correct path is the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation. Open science is defined as an inclusive architecture aimed at enabling everyone to openly use, access, and reuse scientific knowledge in multiple languages, enhancing scientific cooperation and information sharing, and opening up the process of creating, evaluating, and disseminating scientific knowledge to social actors outside the traditional scientific community. Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］The use of digital technology to empower the in-depth excavation of intangible cultural heritage resources and reveal the correlation between intangible cultural heritage resources in the Yellow River Basin is of great significance to the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin.［Method/process］Taking the intangible cultural heritage resources of the Yellow River Basin as the research object, the knowledge graph of the intangible cultural heritage resources in the Yellow River Basin was constructed in a top-down manner, and an intelligent question and answer system with user interaction as the core was constructed.［Result/conclusion］The intelligent question-and-answer system of intangible cultural heritage resources in the Yellow River Basin based on knowledge graph constructed in this study realizes the multi-dimensional knowledge discovery of intangible cultural heritage resources in the Yellow River Basin, and provides new ideas for the related research of intangible cultural heritage resources.

Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］A fundamental goal of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and Vision 2035 is to promote “green consumption”. Identifying research topics is essential because it facilitates staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field of green consumption, providing indispensable guidance for future studies. ［Method/process］Our proposed method comprehensively considers the literature title, abstract, and keywords using text mining and complex network theories. Our method involves utilizing text word segmentation technology to extract subject headings and employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine the co-occurrence weight of two-tuple subject phrases. We provide the TI-g index as a proposal by optimizing the traditional word frequency g index through the inclusion of the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm because the word frequency g index is ineffective at filtering out “high-frequency generic words.” This study focuses on academic literature on green consumption in the period of 2010 to 2022 in China. ［Result/conclusion］A heatmap was generated to display shifts in research topics since 2010, complemented by the identification of recent hotspots of research in this field since 2018.Our analysis identified four major subject fields and highlighted the research limitations present in each.

Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］As one of the earliest news pictorial in China, Dianshizhai Pictorial has important historical value. Based on social network theory and methods, this article uncovers the correlation between word items in Dianshizhai Pictorial to reveal what the news pictorials were concerned about in Late Qing Dynasty. ［Method/process］ Firstly, the corpus was constructed by using General Review of Dianshizhai Pictorial as the corpus source. Secondly, the co-word network was established with Dianshizhai Pictorial inscriptions and postscripts as semantic units. Then, the keyword themes were established through community segmentation. Finally, the temporal egocentric network was constructed with the core keywords in the themes to examine the semantic coevolution of the keywords. ［Result/conclusion］ According to the research results, Dianshizhai Pictorial presents seven core discourse themes: “overseas news” “Shanghai” “strange and bizarre stories” “Chinese women” “Chinese celebrities” “Suzhou” and “illness and disability”.Taking the term “Chinese women” as an example, the chronological egocentric network shows that judicial terms such as “crime”, “murder case” appear more frequently and are evenly distributed, while “marriage” and “concubinage”, as indicators of old and new concepts, show the contrast in strength, which reflects the coexistence and transformation of old and new concepts in the hedge of Chinese and Western cultures. The results also show that social network method can effectively make up for some shortcomings of traditional research methods.

Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］Lin Songhe’s manuscripts was collected in Nankai University Library in 2020. The main content is the letters Lin Songhe wrote to Liu Biyi from 1921 to 1937, with a total of 446 letters and 941 copies. To gather Lin Songhe’s manuscripts in an orderly manner for readers to study and use.［Method/process］Under the leadership of Wan Qun tutor, three apprentices analyze the form of the whole batch of manuscripts. After discussion, it is determined to use the method of “digging and lining” to collect all the manuscripts in the form of thread bound book. They have jointly completed the repair work of size measurement, paper distribution, flattening, repairing, wachen, covering, binding and so on.［Result/conclusion］Finally, they completed four folding cases and twenty volumes of Lin Songhe’s manuscripts,and analyzed the technical issues during the repair process and the protection significance after the repair is completed.

Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］Focusing on a case study of the construction of the digital database of Chinese manuscript documents, this paper aims to discuss the problems existing in the construction of digital collection in the age of big data.［Method/process］It probes into the concrete methods in the construction of multi-source and multi-form manuscript document resources and makes it clear that the goal of construction is to meet the core requirement of academic research. It also explores aspects including the path of sustainable development, making a conclusion on the mode of digital collection database construction.［Result/conclusion］To conclude, the paper maintains that the main path and mode of the construction of an academic digital collection database is to achieve core-construction through the collaboration of core resource collection entities and to provide academic tools easy to use, therefore completing the integration of certain documents at a global level.

Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］To sort out the development and evolution of disciplinary classification,analyze and compare the thematic positioning of individual literature using the CWTS, Citation Topics, and Dimensions systems, and provide reference for academic evaluation using the research topic of individual papers for disciplinary positioning. ［Method/process］Analyze and compare the principles and construction methods of the three systems. Taking a research paper from a psychological college of a certain university as the research object, compare and analyze its subject topic classification in the three systems. Combined with the subject classification of the paper in WOS, analyze the subject theme of the paper. ［Result/conclusion］Each of the three classification systems has its advantages and disadvantages. CWTS topic classification has a finer granularity and provides dynamic graphs. Citation Topics facilitate the export and further analysis of topic literature. The sources and types of literature included in Dimensions are relatively comprehensive and extensive. CWTS is better at describing topics than Citation Topics, as Citation Topics may not necessarily accurately position the subject topic of the paper. The granularity of topic positioning in Dimensions is relatively broad. The disciplinary positioning of the research topic of the paper needs to be combined with multiple disciplinary classification systems, and a comprehensive judgment should be made from the content,references, and cited literature of the paper.

Abstract： Purpose/Significance Proposing and optimizing the control strategy and model of scientific data will help to promote the basic system of scientific data platform and balance the protection and sharing of scientific data. Method/Process Taking the user agreements of the national scientific data center as samples, it obtained 76 initial concepts, 9 subcategories and 5 main categories, and then refined the control strategy model of scientific data. Result/Conclusion In China, scientific data platform has formed a "five-control-in-one" control strategy model with purpose, behavior, rights, identity and responsibility as the constituent elements, which can be optimized a "three-stage" control strategy model in the aspects of pre-defense, in-process supervision and post-event rules. Specifically, the measures include: summarizing the purposes types for purpose control; clarifying the ownership of data rights for rights control; unifying classification management for identity control; transforming platform autonomy by the balance of platform management and user control, and adding new industry heteronomy for the unity of platform awareness and norms; rationally allocating the responsibilities of platforms, users and scientific data providers.

Abstract： The evaluation of discipline construction effect is so important to the strategy formulation, program implementation and development path of discipline construction. ESI data can be used as one of the dynamic monitoring data to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of university discipline construction. The paper constructs an objective evaluation model of discipline construction effectiveness based on ESI highly cited papers. Taking H University as a case, the paper analyzes the tracking data of 30 ESI highly cited papers of H University in the past five years through bibliometrics and statistics methods. It finds that H University has achieved remarkable results in discipline construction, with teachers, students, faculties and departments making efforts. Dominant disciplines’ construction is outstanding, but some disciplines’ construction is slow. In the future, the university can adjust development path from the system mechanism, professional layout, team construction, etc., and promote more disciplines to become world-class disciplines.

Method/process Currently, GPT-3.5 offers users a free query quota of 30 queries per day. Chen Yu has engaged in a dialog with ChatGPT on a number of issues related to the theory and practice of think tanks by creating an outline for the dialog. Result/conclusion AI technology, represented by ChatGPT, offers many opportunities for the think tank industry, including enhanced research capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and improved public engagement. However, it also poses challenges related to ethics, expertise, transparency, and workforce adaptability that think tanks need to seriously address. In the age of AI, Chinese think tanks and experts need to keep up with the trend and proactively adopt the AI technology represented by ChatGPT.
